【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)背景下進(jìn)行體育產(chǎn)業(yè)供給側(cè)改革,是推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型與優(yōu)化的時(shí)代要求,也是保障體育產(chǎn)業(yè)健康與持續(xù)發(fā)展的客觀需要。體育產(chǎn)業(yè)供給側(cè)改革就是從供給側(cè)出發(fā),強(qiáng)調(diào)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),通過改革和創(chuàng)新來激活體育市場(chǎng),提高制度、土地、勞動(dòng)力、資本、創(chuàng)新等要素生產(chǎn)率,對(duì)體育資源進(jìn)行最優(yōu)化配置,讓體育產(chǎn)業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型與升級(jí)中發(fā)揮重要力量,滿足社會(huì)公眾日益增長的多元化體育需求。"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"是體育產(chǎn)業(yè)供給側(cè)改革的推進(jìn)器,能夠提升體育產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的供給水平,推動(dòng)體育消費(fèi)升級(jí)。通過深化體育體制改革,增加供給側(cè)改革的制度供給、積極出臺(tái)土地政策,創(chuàng)新體育場(chǎng)館運(yùn)營管理模式、實(shí)施人力資源戰(zhàn)略,培養(yǎng)專業(yè)化的體育產(chǎn)業(yè)人才,大力吸引社會(huì)投資,促進(jìn)體育產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行跨界融合、實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略,提升體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展原動(dòng)力等途徑,來推進(jìn)體育產(chǎn)業(yè)供給側(cè)改革。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal economic background, the reform of the supply side of sports industry is the requirement of promoting the transformation and optimization of the economic structure. It is also the objective need to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the sports industry. The sports industry supply side reform is from the supply side of that market competition, to activate the sports market through reform and innovation, improve the system, land, labor, capital, innovation and other elements of productivity, optimize the allocation of sports resources, make sports industry play an important force in the economic transformation and upgrading, to meet the growing public the diversification of sports demand. "Internet plus" is the sports industry supply side reforms propeller, can enhance the sports product and service supply level, promote the upgrading of sports consumption. By deepening the reform of the sports system, increase the system supply, supply side reform and actively introduce land policy, management model, innovation stadiums and implementing human resource strategy, cultivate professional sports industry talents, to attract social investment, promote the sports industry to implement the innovation driven strategy, enhance cross-border integration, the development of the sports industry driving way to promote the sports industry, supply side reforms.
