【摘要】：目的探討聚類(lèi)分析法在確定護(hù)理單元分類(lèi)中的應(yīng)用,客觀、公正地評(píng)價(jià)護(hù)理單元,在醫(yī)護(hù)分開(kāi)核算模式下,為護(hù)理績(jī)效獎(jiǎng)金分配及人力資源配置提供參考依據(jù)。方法利用自設(shè)調(diào)查表及某公司提供的量表,抽樣統(tǒng)計(jì)護(hù)理人員對(duì)護(hù)理單元分類(lèi)的主觀評(píng)價(jià),應(yīng)用聚類(lèi)分析法,結(jié)合客觀業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù),確定不同護(hù)理單元的分類(lèi)。結(jié)果將全院78個(gè)護(hù)理單元分為1~5類(lèi)共5個(gè)類(lèi)別,1類(lèi)護(hù)理單元9個(gè),2類(lèi)護(hù)理單元21個(gè),3類(lèi)護(hù)理單元22個(gè),4類(lèi)護(hù)理單元12個(gè),5類(lèi)護(hù)理單元14個(gè)。結(jié)論調(diào)整后的護(hù)理單元聚類(lèi)值作為護(hù)理單元分類(lèi)系數(shù),能夠全面、客觀、相對(duì)公平地反映不同護(hù)理單元的護(hù)理工作負(fù)荷、難度及風(fēng)險(xiǎn),可以作為醫(yī)院護(hù)理績(jī)效考評(píng)獎(jiǎng)金分配及科室管理的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application of cluster analysis in determining the classification of nursing units, objectively and fairly evaluate nursing units, and provide reference for nursing performance bonus distribution and human resource allocation under the mode of separate accounting for doctors and nurses. Methods the self rating questionnaire and the scale provided by a company were used to sample the subjective evaluation of nursing staff on the classification of nursing units. Cluster analysis and objective business data were used to identify the classification of different nursing units. Results the 78 nursing units in the hospital were divided into 5 categories: 1~5, 1, 9, 2, 21, 3, 22, 4, and 5. Conclusion the adjusted clustering value of nursing units as a classification coefficient of nursing units can comprehensively, objectively and fairly reflect the workload, difficulty and risk of different nursing units. It can be used as a basis for nursing performance evaluation, bonus allocation and department management in hospitals.
