信任、控制與合作在信任產(chǎn)生過程中的關(guān)系探討

【摘要】:信任并不是一個靜態(tài)穩(wěn)定的現(xiàn)象,對信任的研究需考慮時(shí)間的要素,將信任看作一個動態(tài)的過程。信任分為兩個階段——初級階段和成熟階段,在不同的階段,信任、控制與合作之間存在不同的關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):隨著組織環(huán)境的復(fù)雜化、多樣化以及層級結(jié)構(gòu)的扁平化,僅僅依靠控制和監(jiān)督對組織進(jìn)行有效管理已變得比較困難。信任則可以有效地促進(jìn)合作,從而削減組織和環(huán)境的不確定性,使組織達(dá)到"和"的狀態(tài),提高組織績效。
[Abstract]:Trust is not a static and stable phenomenon. The study of trust needs to consider the elements of time and regard trust as a dynamic process. Trust is divided into two stages-the primary stage and the mature stage. In different stages, there are different relations between trust, control and cooperation. It is found that with the complexity of organizational environment, diversification and flattening of hierarchical structure, it has become difficult to rely solely on control and supervision to manage the organization effectively. Trust can effectively promote cooperation, thus reducing the uncertainty of the organization and the environment, making the organization reach the state of "harmony" and improving the performance of the organization.
