【摘要】：作為土建工程管理的重頭戲,土建工程造價控制一直是工程中的難題。土建工程造價控制貫穿于工程全階段,高質(zhì)量的造價控制不僅可以保證企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益,還可以衡量工程的整體質(zhì)量。就目前看來,我國建筑企業(yè)土建工程造價控制水平在一定程度上有了發(fā)展與進步,但總體而言出現(xiàn)的問題還比較多。本文分析了土建工程造價中存在的問題,從問題出發(fā),提出相應(yīng)改進措施,以求推動土建工程造價控制的進一步提高,為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造更大價值。
[Abstract]:As an important part of civil engineering management, the cost control of civil engineering has always been a difficult problem. The cost control of civil engineering runs through the whole stage of the project. High-quality cost control can not only guarantee the economic benefit of the enterprise, but also measure the overall quality of the project. At present, the cost control level of civil engineering in Chinese construction enterprises has been developed and improved to a certain extent, but there are still many problems in general. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cost of civil engineering, puts forward the corresponding improvement measures from the point of view of the problems, in order to promote the further improvement of the cost control of civil engineering and create greater value for the enterprise.
