【摘要】：隨著國(guó)家衛(wèi)生事業(yè)改革的深入以及新醫(yī)院政策陸續(xù)實(shí)施,醫(yī)療服務(wù)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈。為加強(qiáng)醫(yī)院內(nèi)涵建設(shè)及內(nèi)部成本核算管理,兼顧經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)利益并行發(fā)展,降低醫(yī)療成本以實(shí)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量最優(yōu)、成本最低、效率最大的目標(biāo),本文將探索先進(jìn)有效的醫(yī)院成本管理方法,從而提高醫(yī)院在市場(chǎng)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the national health reform and the implementation of the new hospital policy, the competition in the medical service market is becoming more and more fierce. In order to strengthen the hospital connotation construction and internal cost accounting management, take into account the concurrent development of economic benefits and social interests, reduce medical costs to achieve the goal of optimal quality, lowest cost and maximum efficiency. This article will explore advanced and effective hospital cost management methods, so as to improve the competitiveness of hospitals in the market.
