向莆鐵路青云山隧道成本控制研究

【摘要】:鐵路作為最為龐大的陸路運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng),經(jīng)歷了多次變革,以適應(yīng)社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展需要。鐵路施工項(xiàng)目的成本進(jìn)度控制對(duì)于項(xiàng)目本身也是十分重要的。而對(duì)于鐵路施工項(xiàng)目成本控制,其根本目的是為國(guó)家和社會(huì)節(jié)約投資,在保證質(zhì)量和工期需求的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行合理的成本壓縮,能夠有效的節(jié)約浪費(fèi),獲取效益和利潤(rùn)。因此,本論文基于對(duì)青云山隧道項(xiàng)目研究,對(duì)鐵路施工企業(yè)提高利潤(rùn)水平具有重要意義。本文的主要工作如下: 首先,本文闡述了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理相關(guān)概念和內(nèi)容,介紹了青云山隧道項(xiàng)目的概況、工程數(shù)量、施工組織安排及業(yè)主工期要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)青云山隧道項(xiàng)目全面系統(tǒng)的了解,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行了分析,為以后青云山隧道項(xiàng)目成本的估算和進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制創(chuàng)造條件。 其次,本文闡述了項(xiàng)目成本管理相關(guān)概念和內(nèi)容,在對(duì)青云山隧道項(xiàng)目充分認(rèn)識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文根據(jù)青云山隧道項(xiàng)目工程造價(jià)主要部分的計(jì)算和整合,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度編制了青云山隧道項(xiàng)目成本計(jì)劃,并對(duì)青云山隧道項(xiàng)目工程造價(jià)構(gòu)成進(jìn)行分析,項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃值與實(shí)際值對(duì)比進(jìn)行盈虧分析。 再次,本文闡述了項(xiàng)目掙值管理相關(guān)概念和內(nèi)容,主要包括掙值管理的三個(gè)基本參數(shù)和四個(gè)分析指標(biāo),在前所述進(jìn)度成本分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)青云山隧道項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度和成本綜合進(jìn)行了偏差分析和績(jī)效分析,針對(duì)項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題,提出相應(yīng)的技術(shù)和組織保證措施,為指導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際生產(chǎn)提供了幫助。 論文對(duì)于向莆鐵路青云山隧道項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程的成本進(jìn)度分析對(duì)項(xiàng)目施工實(shí)踐起到了指導(dǎo)和借鑒作用,也為類似鐵路項(xiàng)目的成本以及進(jìn)度管理提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Railway, as the largest land transportation system, has undergone many changes to meet the needs of social progress and economic development. The cost and schedule control of railway construction project is also very important to the project itself. For the cost control of railway construction project, its basic purpose is to save investment for the country and society. On the basis of ensuring quality and time limit demand, reasonable cost compression can effectively save waste and obtain benefit and profit. Therefore, based on the study of Qingyun Mountain Tunnel Project, this paper is of great significance to improve the profit level of railway construction enterprises. The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, this paper expounds the concept and content of project schedule management, introduces the general situation of Qingyun Mountain tunnel project, the quantity of the project, the organization of construction and the requirement of owner's time limit. The comprehensive and systematic understanding of Qingyun mountain tunnel project is realized, and the project schedule is analyzed on the basis of this, which creates the conditions for estimating the cost of Qingyun mountain tunnel project and drawing up the schedule plan in the future. Secondly, this paper expounds the concept and content of project cost management. On the basis of full understanding of Qingyun Mountain Tunnel Project, this paper calculates and integrates the main parts of Qingyun Mountain Tunnel Project cost. According to the project schedule, the project cost plan of Qingyun mountain tunnel is worked out, and the cost composition of Qingyun mountain tunnel project is analyzed, and the profit and loss analysis is carried out by comparing the project plan value with the actual value. Thirdly, this paper expounds the concept and content of earned value management, mainly including three basic parameters and four analysis indexes of earned value management, on the basis of the progress cost analysis mentioned above, This paper analyzes the deviation analysis and performance analysis of the progress and cost synthesis of Qingyun Mountain Tunnel Project. Aiming at the problems in the process of project implementation, the corresponding technical and organizational guarantee measures are put forward, which provide help for guiding the actual production of the project. The cost progress analysis of Qingyunshan Tunnel Project in Xiangpu Railway plays a guiding and reference role to the construction practice of the project, and also provides a reference for the cost and schedule management of similar railway projects.
