工程項目合同管理軟件系統(tǒng)研究與設(shè)計

【摘要】:工程項目管理中,合同管理是其核心管理之一。我國工程項目合同管理發(fā)展至今,仍處于發(fā)展階段,科學(xué)有效的合同管理軟件的建立,對合同管理水平的提高有其積極的意義。本文討論了工程合同管理的目標(biāo)及特點,對合同進度管理、成本管理、質(zhì)量管理進行了相關(guān)研究;以此為基礎(chǔ),詳細分析了合同管理的業(yè)務(wù)需求及業(yè)務(wù)流程,進行了合同管理軟件系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的可行性分析。 然后,在以上內(nèi)容討論的基礎(chǔ)上,本文對工程項目合同管理系統(tǒng)軟件進行了系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)技術(shù)研究,分別對MVC架構(gòu)設(shè)計、XML數(shù)據(jù)交換及CSS頁面設(shè)計等技術(shù)進行了深入研究,并把它們應(yīng)用到系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)中。根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計原則,對關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)表進行了設(shè)計。最后,完成系統(tǒng)模塊及功能設(shè)計,系統(tǒng)共包括權(quán)限管理模塊、項目管理模塊、合同基本信息及合同執(zhí)行管理模塊、財務(wù)管理模塊、系統(tǒng)維護管理模塊。系統(tǒng)為實現(xiàn)合同的全面管理提供了理論依據(jù),而且為一般工程項目企業(yè)在項目管理、合同執(zhí)行、收付費等過程中,提供了動態(tài)的、規(guī)范化的管理流程依據(jù),公司的決策及反應(yīng)速度將得到有效提高。該系統(tǒng)為項目管理體系下的合同管理水平的提高打下了基礎(chǔ),并有利于項目管理水平的提高。 最后,對目前所取得的研究成果進行了總結(jié),對存在的問題提出進一步關(guān)注的方向,以及下一步的工作重點。
[Abstract]:In engineering project management, contract management is one of its core management. Since the development of contract management of engineering projects in China, it is still in the stage of development. The establishment of scientific and effective contract management software is of positive significance to the improvement of contract management level. This paper discusses the objectives and characteristics of project contract management, and makes relevant research on contract schedule management, cost management and quality management. On this basis, the business requirements and business processes of contract management are analyzed in detail, and the feasibility of the development of contract management software system is analyzed. Then, on the basis of the above discussion, this paper has carried on the system architecture technology research to the engineering project contract management system software, separately has carried on the in-depth research to the MVC architecture design, the XML data exchange and the CSS page design and so on the technology, has carried on the thorough research to the project contract management system software. And they are applied to the design and implementation of the system. According to the principle of database design, the key data table is designed. Finally, complete the system module and function design, the system includes authority management module, project management module, contract basic information and contract execution management module, financial management module, system maintenance management module. The system provides a theoretical basis for the overall management of the contract, and provides a dynamic and standardized management process basis for the general engineering project enterprises in the process of project management, contract execution, collection and payment, etc. The company's decision-making and reaction speed will be effectively improved. The system lays a foundation for the improvement of the contract management level under the project management system, and is beneficial to the improvement of the project management level. Finally, the present research results are summarized, the direction of further attention to the existing problems and the future work focus are put forward.
