【摘要】：筆者通過反思獨(dú)一的制度化管理或人性化管理的弊端,從經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的角度分析了制度化和人性化融合的必然性,從文化的認(rèn)同是畜牧業(yè)物流成本管理的制度化和人性化協(xié)調(diào)的前提、制度合理是基礎(chǔ)、有效的激勵(lì)是核心、共同發(fā)展是目標(biāo)等幾個(gè)方面協(xié)同構(gòu)建了畜牧業(yè)物流成本管理的制度化與人性化模式融合。
[Abstract]:The author has analyzed the necessity of institutionalization and human-based integration from the perspective of economics, and the system is reasonable and based on the premise of the institutionalization of the logistics cost management of the animal husbandry and the human-based coordination from the perspective of economics. The effective incentive is the core and the common development is the goal and so on.
