【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展步伐的加快,我國(guó)高速鐵路建設(shè)進(jìn)入了迅猛成長(zhǎng)階段。十二五規(guī)劃將有近3萬(wàn)公里的鐵路線路誕生,國(guó)家投資近3.5萬(wàn)億。關(guān)于高鐵項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量成本管理效果評(píng)價(jià)方法的研究,涌現(xiàn)了不同的研究方法。開(kāi)展質(zhì)量成本分析與評(píng)價(jià)有助于在保證質(zhì)量的前提下有效節(jié)約成本,達(dá)到企業(yè)效益與社會(huì)效益的統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the pace of social and economic development, the construction of high-speed railway in China has entered a rapid growth stage. The 12th Five-Year Plan will see the birth of nearly 30, 000 km of railway lines and state investment of nearly 3.5 trillion. Different research methods have emerged on the evaluation method of construction quality cost management effect of high-speed railway project. Carrying out quality cost analysis and evaluation is helpful to save cost effectively and achieve the unity of enterprise benefit and social benefit under the premise of ensuring quality.
