【摘要】：施工項(xiàng)目管理日益成為建筑企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的重心，建筑企業(yè)必然要對(duì)施工項(xiàng)目實(shí)施有效的監(jiān)控和績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)。項(xiàng)目成本管理是項(xiàng)目管理的核心內(nèi)容，因此項(xiàng)目成本管理就成為施工項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的標(biāo)尺和重點(diǎn)。項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部是建筑企業(yè)的利潤中心、是企業(yè)生存發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，只有緊緊抓住項(xiàng)目成本管理這個(gè)中心環(huán)節(jié)，企業(yè)利益才能得以保證。項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理是作為項(xiàng)目經(jīng)營、利潤第一責(zé)任人，在成本管理中有著舉足輕重的地位。項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理要充分重視和支持項(xiàng)目成本管理工作，要將項(xiàng)目成本管理貫穿至工程項(xiàng)目全過程，圍繞成本管理這個(gè)核心開展項(xiàng)目管理工作。 本文遵循提出問題、分析問題、解決問題的方式，闡述了項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理在項(xiàng)目成本管理中的重要作用，論述了項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理在成本管理中的常用方法，指出了在實(shí)際應(yīng)用成本管理方法時(shí)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理存在的問題，通過工程項(xiàng)目成本管理過程中具體方法應(yīng)用的案例分析研究項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理尋找清單中的缺項(xiàng)漏項(xiàng)，在前期及實(shí)施過程中抓住重點(diǎn)彌補(bǔ)損失；改變施工工序和做法，減少投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)中的虧損項(xiàng)目，甚至扭虧為盈；提出合理化建議，更改圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)要求，爭(zhēng)取利潤最大化等相應(yīng)方法和措施進(jìn)行成本管理，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目成本利益最大化。
[Abstract]:Construction project management is increasingly becoming the focus of management of construction enterprises. Construction enterprises must carry out effective monitoring and performance evaluation of construction projects. Project cost management is the core content of project management, so project cost management becomes the scale and emphasis of construction project management performance evaluation. The project management department is the profit center of the construction enterprise and the key link of the survival and development of the enterprise. Only by grasping the central link of the project cost management can the interests of the enterprise be guaranteed. The project manager is the project management, the profit first responsible person, has the pivotal position in the cost management. The project manager should pay full attention to and support the project cost management, run the project cost management through the whole process of the project, and carry out the project management work around the core of the cost management. This paper follows the ways of raising, analyzing and solving problems, expounds the important role of project manager in project cost management, and discusses the common methods of project manager in cost management. This paper points out the problems existing in the application of the cost management method to the project manager. Through the case study of the concrete method applied in the process of project cost management, the project manager looks for missing items in the list. In the early stage and in the implementation process to grasp the key compensation loss; Change the construction procedure and method, reduce the loss items in the bidding quotation, even turn the loss into profit; This paper puts forward reasonable suggestions, changes drawing design requirements, strives for profit maximization and other corresponding methods and measures to carry on the cost management, thus realizes the project cost benefit maximization.
