基于快速“關(guān)系”的虛擬社群成員持續(xù)分享知識(shí)的動(dòng)機(jī)研究

【摘要】:[目的/意義]持續(xù)的知識(shí)分享是虛擬社群能夠存續(xù)與成功的基礎(chǔ),然而事實(shí)上虛擬社群面臨的最大挑戰(zhàn)就是成員持續(xù)知識(shí)分享的意愿不高。[方法/過程]從社會(huì)交換的觀點(diǎn)出發(fā),探究持續(xù)知識(shí)分享的成因。為了反映虛擬社群互動(dòng)與現(xiàn)實(shí)互動(dòng)的差異,引入快速關(guān)系的概念,將快速關(guān)系分為收益導(dǎo)向與限制導(dǎo)向兩種類型(前者強(qiáng)調(diào)維持關(guān)系帶來的收益,后者強(qiáng)調(diào)中斷關(guān)系所產(chǎn)生的成本)。對(duì)235份有效樣本進(jìn)行分析。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]分析結(jié)果顯示,收益導(dǎo)向與限制導(dǎo)向快速關(guān)系對(duì)持續(xù)知識(shí)分享意愿均有顯著的正向影響,而且兩者預(yù)測(cè)力度基本相當(dāng)。此外,對(duì)快速關(guān)系的前因進(jìn)行探索后發(fā)現(xiàn),社群投入與共同愿景都會(huì)促進(jìn)收益導(dǎo)向與限制導(dǎo)向快速關(guān)系。其中,社群投入對(duì)收益導(dǎo)向快速關(guān)系的預(yù)測(cè)力度更大,而共同愿景對(duì)限制導(dǎo)向快速關(guān)系的預(yù)測(cè)力度更大。
[Abstract]:[purpose / meaning] continuous knowledge sharing is the basis for the survival and success of virtual community. However, in fact, the greatest challenge faced by virtual community is the low willingness of its members to share knowledge continuously. Methods / processes from the perspective of social exchange, explore the causes of continuous knowledge sharing. In order to reflect the difference between virtual community interaction and real interaction, the concept of fast relationship is introduced, and the fast relationship is divided into two types: revenue-oriented and limited-oriented. The latter emphasizes the cost of breaking the relationship. 235 valid samples were analyzed. [results / conclusion] the results show that the fast relationship between profit orientation and restriction orientation has a significant positive effect on the willingness of continuous knowledge sharing, and the prediction intensity between them is basically the same. In addition, after exploring the antecedents of rapid relationships, it is found that both community input and shared vision can promote both profit-oriented and limited-oriented fast relationships. Among them, community investment has stronger prediction of profit-oriented fast relationship, and common vision is more powerful to predict limited-oriented fast relationship.
