電站施工成本控制系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:電站建設企業(yè)是以承建各類電廠為主,組織和管理各類專業(yè)人才、機械、材料和設備進行施工的工程公司。在國內(nèi)電建市場飽和、競爭日趨激烈的情況下,電站建設企業(yè)邁出國門走向全球,在國外承建電建工程項目。但隨著電站建設行業(yè)的全球競爭,現(xiàn)在項目中標價格越來越低,工期壓縮得越來越短,要在生產(chǎn)力要素并無多大差別的電站建設企業(yè)間贏得競爭優(yōu)勢、走持續(xù)化發(fā)展之路,電站建設企業(yè)必須對原有的管理模式和管理手段進行創(chuàng)新。其中成本能力是企業(yè)管理水平的重要指標,企業(yè)成本管控的水平,直接影響到企業(yè)取得利潤的多少。如何在施工過程中降低成本,是電站建設企業(yè)必須面對的問題。 本文對現(xiàn)階段電站建設企業(yè)成本管理現(xiàn)狀和成本管理需求、以及目前信息技術(shù)在企業(yè)成本管理中的應用進行了分析。通過先進的電站建設成本管理理念和信息化技術(shù)的引用規(guī)范企業(yè)成本管理作業(yè),實現(xiàn)對企業(yè)成本的有效管理,實現(xiàn)日常工作信息化、無紙化,,實現(xiàn)對工程主要材料和工程分包管理的可控在控,從而最大程度減少工程費用的浪費,節(jié)約企業(yè)成本,提高企業(yè)的盈利水平,為提高電站建設行業(yè)成本管理水平貢獻一份力量。 本文以先進的電站施工成本管理思想為引導,以三層C/S和B/S結(jié)構(gòu)為基礎,利用C#.net、Delphi、Web6.0等技術(shù)設計開發(fā)出了適用于電站建設施工成本管理的軟件。電站施工成本控制系統(tǒng)CMPSC(Cost Management System of Power StationConstruction),利用目標管段數(shù)據(jù)驗證了軟件的可靠性、并進行了軟件的測試分析,并對后續(xù)開發(fā)工作提出了合理建議。
[Abstract]:The power plant construction enterprise is an engineering company which mainly undertakes the construction of all kinds of power plants and organizes and manages all kinds of professionals, machinery, materials and equipment. With the saturation of the domestic power construction market and the increasingly fierce competition, the power plant construction enterprises have stepped out of the world to build electrical construction projects abroad. However, with the global competition in the power plant construction industry, the winning price of the project is getting lower and lower, and the duration of the project is being reduced more and more. In order to win the competitive advantage among the power plant construction enterprises that have no great difference in productivity factors, they should take the road of sustainable development. Power plant construction enterprises must innovate the original management mode and means. The cost ability is an important index of the enterprise management level, and the level of cost control directly affects the profit of the enterprise. How to reduce the cost in the construction process is the problem that the power plant construction enterprise must face. This paper analyzes the current situation and demand of cost management in power plant construction enterprises and the application of information technology in enterprise cost management. Through the advanced concept of cost management of power plant construction and the application of information technology to standardize the enterprise cost management operation, realize the effective management of the enterprise cost, realize the daily work information, paperless, To realize the controllable control of the main materials of the project and the subcontract management of the project, so as to minimize the waste of the project cost, save the cost of the enterprise, improve the profit level of the enterprise, and contribute to the improvement of the cost management level of the power plant construction industry. Based on the advanced idea of construction cost management of power station, based on the three-layer C / S and B / S structure, the software for construction cost management of power plant is designed and developed by using C#.net.Delphi-Web6.0 and so on. The reliability of the software is verified by using the data of the target pipe section in the construction cost control system (CMPSC (Cost Management System of Power StationConstruction),) of the power station. The software is tested and analyzed, and some reasonable suggestions for the subsequent development are put forward.
