【摘要】：醫(yī)院醫(yī)療耗材信息管理始終是醫(yī)院管理中重要的一環(huán)。我國醫(yī)療制度改革不斷深入,醫(yī)療耗材的費(fèi)用支出不斷大幅增加,耗材費(fèi)用控制問題不可避免的成為醫(yī)院管理中的重要工作。降低不合理的醫(yī)療耗材費(fèi)用,也是當(dāng)前國內(nèi)各醫(yī)院都在開展的成本管理和績效管理的工作之一,目的都是為了最大化節(jié)約資金、人力成本等資源,更好地服務(wù)于臨床,為醫(yī)院和患者減少不必要的負(fù)擔(dān)。以山東省省城某綜合性醫(yī)院為例,開放病床1446張,2012年醫(yī)療耗材購置已經(jīng)達(dá)到1.5億元。醫(yī)療耗材占醫(yī)療費(fèi)用的比例超過30%。 醫(yī)療耗材是指醫(yī)院在醫(yī)療診治過程中,經(jīng)過一次消費(fèi)使其價(jià)值轉(zhuǎn)化為費(fèi)用的物品。醫(yī)療耗材通常可以根據(jù)其價(jià)格分為兩大類：分別是低值耗材和高值耗材。其特點(diǎn)是安全性要求高,種類繁雜,品種更新快,響應(yīng)患者時(shí)間要求高等。 在第一章就醫(yī)院耗材管理系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)背景和開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)所面臨的問題進(jìn)行了討論,得到系統(tǒng)功能需求和非功能性需求,然后對系統(tǒng)需求以流程圖和用例圖等形式詳細(xì)表述。 在第二、三章種基于需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,形成該系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)需求得到系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)原則和目標(biāo),針對技術(shù)架構(gòu)和功能架構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分別設(shè)計(jì)。在技術(shù)架構(gòu)層面主要研究該系統(tǒng)的可擴(kuò)展性,可維護(hù)性以及性能等相關(guān)問題,因此決定采用.NET架構(gòu),同時(shí)研究各層的功能來進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與分析。在設(shè)計(jì)功能架構(gòu)時(shí),研究了耗材管理系統(tǒng)各部分的功能組成,最終得到動(dòng)態(tài)的系統(tǒng)功能流程。 在第四章中對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。按照醫(yī)院耗材管理特點(diǎn)思路設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),描述各模塊的設(shè)計(jì)。建模工作中,為充分理解該系統(tǒng),還簡單介紹和分析了耗材管理系統(tǒng)在醫(yī)院工作以及HIS中的作用。在統(tǒng)一了解系統(tǒng)整體結(jié)構(gòu)之后,由需求分析分別展開討論了各模塊的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。 在第五章詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,對各個(gè)模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了簡單介紹,給出了系統(tǒng)的部分實(shí)現(xiàn)效果圖。 在第六章對系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用情況作了介紹,同時(shí)對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)提出了建議。
[Abstract]:Hospital medical consumables information management is always an important part of hospital management. With the deepening of medical system reform and the increasing expenditure of medical consumables, the cost control of consumables has inevitably become an important task in hospital management. Reducing the unreasonable cost of medical consumables is also one of the current work of cost management and performance management in all hospitals in China. The purpose is to maximize the cost and manpower costs and to serve the clinic better. Reduce unnecessary burdens for hospitals and patients. Taking a general hospital in provincial capital of Shandong province as an example, 1446 open beds have been purchased in 2012, and the purchase of medical consumables has reached 150 million yuan. Medical consumables account for more than 30 percent of medical expenses. Medical consumables refer to the goods whose value is converted into expenses after one consumption in the course of medical treatment and treatment. Medical consumables can be divided into two categories according to their prices: low value consumables and high value consumables. It is characterized by high safety requirements, complex variety, fast variety updating, high response time to patients and so on. In the first chapter, the background of the project development and the problems in the development and design of the hospital consumable management system are discussed, and the functional and non-functional requirements of the system are obtained. Then, the system requirements are described in detail in the form of flow chart and use case diagram. In the second and third chapters, based on the requirement analysis, the architecture design of the system is formed. According to the requirements of the system, the design principles and objectives of the system are obtained, and the technical architecture and the functional architecture are designed separately. In the aspect of technical architecture, the extensibility, maintainability and performance of the system are mainly studied, so it is decided to adopt .NET architecture, and at the same time to study the functions of each layer to carry on the design and analysis. In the design of the functional framework, the functional components of the consumable material management system are studied, and the dynamic system function flow is obtained. In the fourth chapter, the system is designed in detail. According to the management characteristics of hospital consumables design system, describe the design of each module. In order to fully understand the system, the function of consumable material management system in hospital and HIS is introduced and analyzed. After a unified understanding of the overall structure of the system, the detailed design of each module is discussed by requirements analysis. Based on the detailed design of the fifth chapter, the realization of each module is briefly introduced, and the partial realization effect diagram of the system is given. In the sixth chapter, the application of the system is introduced, and suggestions for further improvement of the system are put forward.
