【摘要】：七里村采油廠作為檔案信息樓建設(shè)工程的業(yè)主方，需要對工程項目成本進(jìn)行有效管理。然而，現(xiàn)行的采油廠工程項目成本管理仍存在諸多問題，解決這些問題的關(guān)鍵是完善和健全管理制度。因此，研究七里村采油廠檔案信息樓項目的成本控制具有現(xiàn)實指導(dǎo)意義。本文結(jié)合七里村采油廠檔案信息樓建設(shè)的實際情況，對如何合理地制定檔案信息樓項目成本控制進(jìn)行分析和討論，以期為七里村采油廠乃至全國其他采油廠新項目的建設(shè)提供參考性建議。 本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下： 首先，進(jìn)行工程項目成本控制及其體系的理論性研究。闡述了研究的目的和意義、研究方法、研究內(nèi)容以及創(chuàng)新點，對工程項目成本的控制及其體系的構(gòu)建有一個概括性的認(rèn)識。 然后，詳述工程項目成本控制的概念、影響因素和成本控制方法、項目成本構(gòu)成分析等相關(guān)理論，以便更好的了解和把握工程項目成本控制。 接著，制定項目成本控制的對策。從而詳細(xì)制定七里村采油廠檔案信息樓項目的成本控制的理論方法、控制措施和執(zhí)行方法。通過加強(qiáng)各層管理者的專業(yè)知識培訓(xùn)和合同管理、嚴(yán)格進(jìn)行限額設(shè)計、建立健全工程造價管理制度等措施，做到嚴(yán)格控制項目成本，，研究項目成本控制的方法和手段。 最后，總結(jié)論文研究的結(jié)論，闡述論文研究的成果及不足，為完善以后的相關(guān)研究提出展望。
[Abstract]:As the owner of the archives information building, Qili Village Oil production Plant needs to manage the project cost effectively. However, there are still many problems in the current project cost management of oil production plant. The key to solve these problems is to perfect and perfect the management system. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the cost control of the archives information building project in Qili Village Oil production Plant. Combined with the actual situation of the construction of the archives information building in Qili Village Oil production Plant, this paper analyzes and discusses how to reasonably formulate the project cost control of the archives information building. In order to provide reference suggestions for the construction of new projects in Qili Village Oil production Plant and other oil extraction plants in China. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the theory of project cost control and its system is studied. This paper expounds the purpose and significance of the research, the research methods, the contents and the innovation points, and has a general understanding of the control of the project cost and the construction of the system. Then, the concept of project cost control, influencing factors and cost control methods, project cost composition analysis and other related theories are described in order to better understand and grasp the engineering project cost control. Then, formulate the countermeasure of project cost control. Thus, the theoretical method, control measure and execution method of the project cost control of the archives information building in Qili Village Oil production Plant are made in detail. Through strengthening the professional knowledge training and contract management of managers at all levels, strictly carrying out the quota design, establishing and perfecting the project cost management system and so on, we can strictly control the project cost and study the methods and means of the project cost control. Finally, the conclusion of the paper is summarized, the achievements and shortcomings of the research are expounded, and the prospect of the related research in the future is put forward.
