【摘要】：攀成鋼產(chǎn)品成本管理按成本中心歸集分配,由于分配系數(shù)的確定難以客觀、準(zhǔn)確、合理,分配出產(chǎn)品的成本與實際成本存在多因素干擾的不可控制的偏差,不能滿足預(yù)算管理的需求,降低了預(yù)算業(yè)務(wù)處理的工作質(zhì)量。因此必須根據(jù)企業(yè)的具體情況制定相應(yīng)的方案,設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)一個企業(yè)級的成本管理控制系統(tǒng),才能更好地有效的控制預(yù)算,降低企業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本。本系統(tǒng)是基于軟件工程的思想進(jìn)行設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)的。在需求分析、概要設(shè)計、詳細(xì)設(shè)計階段給出了較為詳細(xì)的UML用例圖、活動圖、類圖等。本系統(tǒng)主體是在.NET開發(fā)平臺——VisualStudio2010上用C#面向?qū)ο缶幊陶Z言實現(xiàn)。采用微軟SQLServer2008數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)管理數(shù)據(jù),另外本系統(tǒng)采用CS與BS相結(jié)合的模式,應(yīng)用CSLA.NET框架進(jìn)行開發(fā)實現(xiàn)。本系統(tǒng)主要包括總賬管理、拋賬管理、報賬管理、成本核算管理等模塊。其中成本核算管理是整個系統(tǒng)的核心。本系統(tǒng)以成本管理為核心,對企業(yè)成本進(jìn)行程序化的管控,另外對系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的權(quán)限管理、數(shù)據(jù)報表統(tǒng)計的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了實現(xiàn)。本系統(tǒng)在實現(xiàn)上遵循簡單、易用原則,將繁瑣復(fù)雜的功能在操作上歸類合并,減少了系統(tǒng)窗口,并且簡化了操作步驟,提高了用戶的操作體驗度。同時采用軟件工程的設(shè)計方法提高了項目開發(fā)的工作效率和減低測試及維護(hù)的難度。
[Abstract]:The product cost management of Pancheng Steel is distributed according to the cost center. Because the determination of the distribution coefficient is difficult to be objective, accurate and reasonable, the cost of the allocated product has an uncontrollable deviation which is interfered by many factors between the cost of the distribution product and the actual cost. Can not meet the needs of budget management, reduce the quality of the budget business processing. Therefore, it is necessary to design and implement an enterprise cost management and control system according to the specific situation of the enterprise, in order to control the budget effectively and reduce the production cost of the enterprise. This system is based on the idea of software engineering design and implementation. The detailed UML use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram and so on are given in the requirement analysis, outline design and detailed design stage. The main body of this system is realized by C # object-oriented programming language on. Net development platform-VisualStudio2010. Microsoft SQLServer2008 database management system is used to manage data. In addition, the model of CS and BS is adopted in this system, and the CSLA.NET framework is used to develop and implement the system. The system mainly includes general ledger management, account management, accounting management, cost accounting management and other modules. Cost accounting management is the core of the whole system. This system takes the cost management as the core, carries on the program control to the enterprise cost, in addition, has carried on the realization to the system related authority management, the data report statistical content. The system follows the simple and easy to use principle, classifies and merges the complicated functions in operation, reduces the system window, simplifies the operation steps, and improves the user's operating experience. At the same time, the design method of software engineering improves the work efficiency of project development and reduces the difficulty of testing and maintenance.
