【摘要】：國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的深入以及市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)越來(lái)越激烈的大環(huán)境下，管網(wǎng)工程方面也有著越來(lái)越高的要求在成本管理方面。如果要對(duì)供熱管網(wǎng)工程的成本做到更好的控制，則需要在各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都應(yīng)當(dāng)加以嚴(yán)格的控制。但是目前我國(guó)在成本管理方面的研究還不夠成熟，，因此沒(méi)有一個(gè)比較完善有效的成本管理體系，這在很大程度上就會(huì)引起實(shí)際成本超過(guò)預(yù)算成本的、預(yù)算成本超過(guò)概算成本以及決算成本超過(guò)預(yù)算成本的現(xiàn)象。因此需要有一套全面有效、科學(xué)合理的成本控制體系在供熱企業(yè)當(dāng)中實(shí)施，這樣才能夠?qū)崞髽I(yè)項(xiàng)目工程的成本進(jìn)行管理。 本文對(duì)相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，通過(guò)對(duì)于我國(guó)供熱網(wǎng)管工程的成本控制現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題分析，提出了實(shí)用性較強(qiáng)的成本管理辦法，以期為供熱企業(yè)更好地進(jìn)行成本管理提供借鑒。 本文分為五個(gè)部分，第一部分主要介紹本文的研究背景和研究意義以及論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容，第二部分主要針對(duì)成本管理的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的介紹，分析了工程項(xiàng)目成本管理過(guò)程中的常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題，第三部分對(duì)供熱管網(wǎng)工程項(xiàng)目成本管理的相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了梳理，第四部分以東北郊電廠供熱管網(wǎng)案例進(jìn)行分析，并且對(duì)該企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目成本控制的問(wèn)題提出了相應(yīng)的解決方案。最后對(duì)文章進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of national economic system and the increasingly fierce market economy, pipe network engineering also has higher and higher requirements on cost management. If we want to better control the cost of heating pipe network engineering, we should strictly control it in every link. However, at present, the research on cost management in our country is not mature enough, so there is not a relatively perfect and effective cost management system. To a large extent, this will cause the actual cost to exceed the budgeted cost. The phenomenon that the budget cost exceeds the estimated cost and the final cost exceeds the budget cost. Therefore, it is necessary to have a set of comprehensive and effective, scientific and reasonable cost control system to be implemented in the heating enterprises, so that the cost of the heating enterprise project can be managed. Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the cost control of heating network management project in China, this paper puts forward a practical cost management method, which is expected to provide a reference for the heating enterprises to better carry out the cost management. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper as well as the main research content. The second part mainly introduces the related theories of cost management. This paper analyzes the common problems in the process of project cost management, the third part combs the related structure of the project cost management of heating pipe network, and the fourth part analyzes the case of heating network in the north suburb power plant east of east. And put forward the corresponding solution to the project cost control of the enterprise. Finally, the article is summarized.
