【摘要】：在我國(guó)當(dāng)前的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展形勢(shì)下,產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展,各項(xiàng)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)日趨均衡,但第二產(chǎn)業(yè)仍然占有絕對(duì)的比重。隨著世界環(huán)境問(wèn)題不斷惡化,環(huán)保理念深入人心,環(huán)境友好型企業(yè)的發(fā)展成為社會(huì)的主流。造紙企業(yè)是典型的第二產(chǎn)業(yè),在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中會(huì)消耗大量的自然資源,同時(shí)它產(chǎn)生的廢渣廢水等廢棄物排放也會(huì)對(duì)環(huán)境造成極大的危害。本文闡述了環(huán)境成本的內(nèi)涵,針對(duì)造紙企業(yè)的環(huán)境成本產(chǎn)生過(guò)程進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)環(huán)境成本的控制對(duì)策進(jìn)行了探討。造紙企業(yè)應(yīng)重視環(huán)境成本,加強(qiáng)環(huán)境成本控制,推進(jìn)節(jié)能減排,為環(huán)境友好型社會(huì)的建設(shè)做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Under the current situation of industrial development in China, the industrial economy is developing constantly, and the economic indicators are becoming more and more balanced, but the secondary industry still occupies an absolute proportion. With the worsening of the world's environmental problems, the concept of environmental protection is deeply rooted in the people, and the development of environment-friendly enterprises has become the mainstream of society. Papermaking enterprise is a typical secondary industry, which will consume a lot of natural resources in the process of production and management, and at the same time, it will also cause great harm to the environment. This paper expounds the connotation of environmental cost, analyzes the process of producing environmental cost in papermaking enterprise, and probes into the countermeasures of controlling environmental cost. Paper making enterprises should pay attention to environmental cost, strengthen environmental cost control, promote energy saving and emission reduction, and contribute to the construction of environment-friendly society.
