【摘要】：工時(shí)分配管理是企業(yè)成本管理和生產(chǎn)管理的重要環(huán)節(jié),信息化的工時(shí)分配管理可以為企業(yè)帶來(lái)非常巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。目前,各種類型的企業(yè)對(duì)工時(shí)分配管理都有著一定的市場(chǎng)需求,其共同目標(biāo)都是加強(qiáng)企業(yè)成本的監(jiān)督和控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的精細(xì)化、動(dòng)態(tài)化管理,提高企業(yè)整體生產(chǎn)效率。工時(shí)分配管理系統(tǒng)為企業(yè)提供一個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、程序化的業(yè)務(wù)操作臺(tái)。 本文完成的主要工作包括： (1)對(duì)工時(shí)分配管理系統(tǒng)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析和研究,介紹了該系統(tǒng)的體系架構(gòu)、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和業(yè)務(wù)模式；通過(guò)市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,對(duì)比分析了目前市場(chǎng)上幾種工時(shí)管理產(chǎn)品優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),提出了面向服務(wù)體系架構(gòu)工時(shí)分配管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思想； (2)對(duì)工時(shí)分配管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析,給出了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)和功能需求,并以此為依據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的整體架構(gòu)和工作流程,在此基礎(chǔ)上詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了工時(shí)分配管理系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)包括個(gè)人管理、工時(shí)分解、工時(shí)填報(bào)、工時(shí)結(jié)算、系統(tǒng)管理、部門(mén)查詢等功能； (3)對(duì)系統(tǒng)實(shí)際應(yīng)用環(huán)境進(jìn)行了描述,展示了系統(tǒng)實(shí)際應(yīng)用效果,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)功能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。 本論文設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了“基于SOA的工時(shí)分配管理系統(tǒng)”,該系統(tǒng)采用SOA架構(gòu)進(jìn)行部署,優(yōu)化了工作流程和任務(wù)分解,系統(tǒng)操作簡(jiǎn)單、貼近工作實(shí)際,具有良好工程實(shí)用性。該系統(tǒng)為解決企業(yè)工時(shí)分配管理的有效性、科學(xué)性提供了技術(shù)手段,并為以后系統(tǒng)升級(jí)和綜合集成打下了良好基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The management of man-hour distribution is an important link of enterprise cost management and production management. The information management of man-hour distribution can bring great economic benefits to enterprises. At present, all kinds of enterprises have a certain market demand for man-hour distribution management, and their common goal is to strengthen the supervision and control of enterprise cost, to realize the fine and dynamic management of enterprise production and management activities. Improve the overall production efficiency of the enterprise. The man-hour distribution management system provides a networked and programmed operation platform for the enterprise. The main works of this paper are as follows: (1) the present research situation of man-hour distribution management system at home and abroad is analyzed and studied, and the architecture, key technology and business model of the system are introduced. This paper compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several man-hour management products in the market at present, and puts forward the design idea of the man-hour distribution management system based on the service-oriented architecture. (2) the requirements of the man-hour distribution management system are analyzed. The design objectives and functional requirements of the system are given. Based on this, the overall structure and workflow of the system are designed. On this basis, the man-hour distribution management system is designed and implemented in detail. The system includes personal management, man-hour decomposition, and so on. Such functions as man-hour report, man-hour settlement, system management, department inquiry, etc. (3) the actual application environment of the system is described, the practical application effect of the system is shown, and the functions of the system are tested. This paper designs and implements the "man-hour distribution management system based on SOA". The system uses SOA architecture to deploy, optimizes the workflow and task decomposition, the system is simple, close to the actual work, and has good engineering practicability. The system provides technical means for solving the effectiveness and scientific nature of the management of man-hour distribution in enterprises, and lays a good foundation for system upgrading and comprehensive integration in the future.
