【摘要】：戰(zhàn)略成本管理的管理理念在應(yīng)用于郵政集團的過程中出現(xiàn)了制度中構(gòu)建不合理和其戰(zhàn)略成本思想并未真正滲透和應(yīng)用的問題。在對于戰(zhàn)略成本管理的思想實際上存在著認識不足的情況,其定義和覆蓋面尚未完全了解,因而在郵政集團企業(yè)面對戰(zhàn)略成本管理的觀念上還存在著一定的滯后性,需要通過制度上的完善和加強對于戰(zhàn)略成本管理內(nèi)容的教育宣傳等來促進對于戰(zhàn)略成本管理思想的全面認識,推進制度上的建設(shè)和完善。
[Abstract]:In the process of applying the management concept of strategic cost management to postal group, there are some problems such as the unreasonable construction of system and the fact that its strategic cost thought has not really penetrated and applied. In fact, there is a lack of understanding of the idea of strategic cost management, and its definition and coverage have not been fully understood. Therefore, there is a lag in the concept of strategic cost management faced by postal group enterprises. It is necessary to promote the overall understanding of strategic cost management by perfecting the system and strengthening the education and propaganda of the content of strategic cost management, so as to promote the construction and perfection of the system.
