【摘要】：我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)經(jīng)過(guò)30多年的飛速發(fā)展,如今面臨諸多問(wèn)題。隨著國(guó)內(nèi)公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)和房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的興起,水泥工藝技術(shù)國(guó)產(chǎn)裝備的成熟以及投資的大幅度降低,水泥行業(yè)得到了快速蓬勃發(fā)展,特別是“十二五”期間,水泥行業(yè)在宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)下行的大背景下,仍取得了很大的進(jìn)步。市場(chǎng)的擴(kuò)大不僅帶來(lái)了機(jī)遇,同時(shí)也帶來(lái)了挑戰(zhàn),特別是2008年4萬(wàn)億的大規(guī)模投資,加劇了水泥項(xiàng)目的重復(fù)投資建設(shè),造成了水泥行業(yè)嚴(yán)重產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩,給國(guó)內(nèi)水泥企業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來(lái)了一定影響。從外部因素來(lái)說(shuō),國(guó)家進(jìn)行宏觀調(diào)控,擠掉房地產(chǎn)泡沫,這對(duì)水泥企業(yè)造成影響,導(dǎo)致水泥產(chǎn)能大量過(guò)剩;從內(nèi)部因素來(lái)講,隨著大宗原材料價(jià)格下降,精益生產(chǎn)在水泥企業(yè)的推廣以及智能化的應(yīng)用,水泥成本控制得到有效降低。但由于水泥行業(yè)嚴(yán)重的產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩,競(jìng)合企業(yè)的增多,加劇了企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),水泥價(jià)格大幅下降,企業(yè)面臨轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。要在殘酷的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境中生存,對(duì)于同質(zhì)化比較嚴(yán)重的水泥產(chǎn)品,企業(yè)內(nèi)部成本管理顯得尤為重要。本文以江西豐城南方水泥有限公司為例對(duì)成本管理進(jìn)行分析,了解公司現(xiàn)階段在節(jié)支降耗等方面的成本管理現(xiàn)狀,從而分析公司成本管理中存在的問(wèn)題,并就存在的問(wèn)題提出解決問(wèn)題的建議和對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:China's traditional manufacturing industry after more than 30 years of rapid development, now facing many problems. With the rise of domestic public infrastructure construction and real estate industry, the maturity of domestic equipment of cement technology and technology, as well as the substantial reduction in investment, the cement industry has developed rapidly and vigorously, especially during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. Cement industry in the macro-economic downturn in the background, still made great progress. The expansion of the market has brought not only opportunities but also challenges, especially the massive investment of $4 trillion in 2008, which has aggravated the repeated investment in cement projects and resulted in serious overcapacity in the cement industry. The development of domestic cement enterprises has brought a certain impact. In terms of external factors, the state carries out macro-control to squeeze out the real estate bubble, which has an impact on cement enterprises and leads to a large amount of excess cement capacity. From an internal point of view, as the prices of bulk raw materials fall, With the popularization of lean production in cement enterprises and the application of intelligence, cement cost control has been effectively reduced. However, due to the serious overcapacity of cement industry and the increase of competing enterprises, the competition between enterprises has been intensified, the price of cement has dropped sharply, and enterprises are facing transformation and upgrading. In order to survive in the cruel market environment, the internal cost management is particularly important for the homogeneous cement products. This article takes Jiangxi Fengcheng South cement Co., Ltd as an example to analyze the cost management, to understand the current cost management situation of the company in the aspects of saving expenses and reducing consumption, so as to analyze the problems existing in the cost management of the company. Some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems.
