【摘要】：電力行業(yè)是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的基本保障,在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)行業(yè)中,其是最核心和基礎(chǔ)的行業(yè)之一。因此,如何降低電廠生產(chǎn)成本,保障電廠安全運(yùn)行,提高電廠生產(chǎn)效率成為保障我國(guó)電力企業(yè)保持快速發(fā)展的重要舉措。依據(jù)股份公司信息化管理要求和電力行業(yè)管理規(guī)范,充分考慮電廠目前的信息化現(xiàn)狀,在電廠建立寶鋼電廠生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng),以滿足電廠生產(chǎn)管理信息化及精細(xì)化要求,主要內(nèi)容包括:移植及擴(kuò)充分廠作業(yè)流程系統(tǒng);功能移植及擴(kuò)充異動(dòng)管理系統(tǒng);功能移植及擴(kuò)充缺陷管理系統(tǒng);功能廢除電廠設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng);新增基準(zhǔn)管理子系統(tǒng);新增兩票管理子系統(tǒng);新增專業(yè)管理子系統(tǒng);新增成本管理子系統(tǒng);新增技術(shù)監(jiān)督管理子系統(tǒng);無(wú)縫連接或關(guān)聯(lián)其它系統(tǒng),包括:9672設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng),財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng),上海發(fā)電市場(chǎng)技術(shù)支持系統(tǒng),華東電網(wǎng)輔助服務(wù)系統(tǒng),上海市環(huán)保局監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng);系統(tǒng)軟、硬件及網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境升級(jí)更換。通過(guò)系統(tǒng)升級(jí),使電廠生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)達(dá)到功能完善、簡(jiǎn)捷易用,可靠性高、安全性好、可用性強(qiáng)的目的,確保應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)持續(xù)、可靠、安全地運(yùn)行,為各臺(tái)發(fā)電機(jī)組穩(wěn)定、安全和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)電,做出貢獻(xiàn)。整合電廠現(xiàn)有的信息化系統(tǒng),形成統(tǒng)一的生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng),配套生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)所需的系統(tǒng)軟、硬件環(huán)境。提高電廠信息化管理的水平,提高電廠生產(chǎn)、管理人員獲得信息的效率,縮短數(shù)據(jù)收集和分析的時(shí)間,提高歷史數(shù)據(jù)的可靠性和可用性,并提供簡(jiǎn)明友善的管理手段,進(jìn)而提高整體生產(chǎn)率,以適應(yīng)當(dāng)前人員緊缺的勞動(dòng)力狀況。
[Abstract]:The electric power industry is the basic guarantee for the economic and social development of our country. In the national economy industry, it is one of the most core and basic industries. Therefore, how to reduce the production cost of power plants, ensure the safe operation of power plants, and improve the efficiency of power plant production has become an important measure to ensure the rapid development of power enterprises in China. According to the information management requirements of the joint-stock company and the management standard of the electric power industry, considering the present information situation of the power plant, the production management system of Baosteel Power Plant is established in the power plant to meet the requirements of the informatization and refinement of the power plant production management. The main contents include: transplantation and expansion of branch plant operation process system; functional transplantation and expansion of the transaction management system; functional transplantation and expansion of defect management system; functional abolition of power plant equipment management system; new benchmark management subsystem; New two votes management subsystem; new professional management subsystem; new cost management subsystem; new technical supervision and management subsystem; seamless connection or connection with other systems, including: 9672 equipment management system, financial management system, Shanghai Power Market Technical support system, East China Power Grid Auxiliary Service system, Shanghai Environmental Protection Bureau Monitoring system; system software, hardware and network environment upgrade and replacement. Through the system upgrade, the power plant production management system can achieve the purpose of perfect function, simple and easy to use, high reliability, good safety and strong availability. It can ensure the application system to run continuously, reliably and safely, which is stable for each generator set. Make a contribution to safe and economical power generation. Integrating the existing information system of the power plant, forming a unified production management system, supporting the system software and hardware environment for the production management system. To improve the level of information management in power plants, to improve the efficiency of power plant production, to obtain information for managers, to shorten the time for data collection and analysis, to improve the reliability and availability of historical data, and to provide a concise and friendly means of management. Then raise overall productivity, in order to adapt to the current labor shortage situation.
