【摘要】：正2015年上半年,全國宏觀經(jīng)濟下行壓力依然較大,據(jù)國家統(tǒng)計,工業(yè)生產(chǎn)者出廠價格同比下降46%,其中,煤炭開采和洗選業(yè)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)者出廠價格同比下跌136%。據(jù)中國煤炭工業(yè)協(xié)會統(tǒng)計,目前全國煤炭企業(yè)虧損面超過70%,煤炭企業(yè)的突出矛盾依然是產(chǎn)能過剩、需求不足,虧損、停產(chǎn)、限產(chǎn)、降薪、滯銷、庫存積壓等情況接踵而來,煤炭行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展進入了下行通道。在國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進入"新常態(tài)"背景下,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式從規(guī)模速度型粗放增長轉(zhuǎn)向質(zhì)量效
[Abstract]:In the first half of 2015, the national macroeconomic downward pressure is still large, according to state statistics, industrial producer prices fell 46 percent year on year, including coal mining and washing industry producers factory prices fell 136 percent year on year. According to the statistics of the China Coal Industry Association, at present the national coal enterprises are losing more than 70 areas. The outstanding contradictions among coal enterprises are still overcapacity, insufficient demand, losses, stoppage, production restrictions, wage cuts, unsalable sales, overstocking, and so on. The rapid development of the coal industry has entered the downward channel.
