【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)公關(guān)是傳統(tǒng)公關(guān)和信息技術(shù)的綜合,由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境不斷深化,在其發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)了歪曲事實、制造輿論操作輿論等一系列異化現(xiàn)象。這種異化現(xiàn)象無疑對政府、社會、企業(yè)和個人造成惡劣影響。建立健全網(wǎng)絡(luò)公關(guān)市場,加強(qiáng)法律、行政機(jī)關(guān)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體自身的監(jiān)管能夠有效治理網(wǎng)絡(luò)公關(guān)異化現(xiàn)象,促使整個公關(guān)行業(yè)健康有序發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Network public relations is the integration of traditional public relations and information technology. Due to the continuous deepening of the network environment, a series of dissimilation phenomena appear in its development, such as distorting facts, creating public opinion, operating public opinion and so on. This kind of alienation phenomenon undoubtedly to the government, the society, the enterprise and the individual has the bad influence. Establishing and perfecting the network public relations market, strengthening the supervision of law, administrative organs and network media can effectively control the alienation of network public relations and promote the healthy and orderly development of the whole public relations industry.
