【摘要】：通過問卷和訪談收集我國工程企業(yè)國際項目數(shù)據(jù),分析國際工程項目不同制度性差異對項目履約過程的影響程度.結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),標準規(guī)范差異對項目設計、采購和施工過程問題的影響最為突出,文化習慣差異對履約過程也有一定影響,而法律法規(guī)對履約過程的影響回歸系數(shù)不顯著.我國國際工程企業(yè)在應對各類制度性差異的過程中,應更加重視標準規(guī)范和文化習慣差異可能帶來的負面影響.
[Abstract]:Through questionnaire and interview to collect the data of international project of Chinese engineering enterprises, the paper analyzes the influence of different institutional differences of international engineering project on the process of project performance. The results show that the difference of standard and norm has the most prominent influence on the project design, procurement and construction process, and the difference of culture and custom has some influence on the performance process, but the regression coefficient of the influence of laws and regulations on the performance process is not significant. China's international engineering enterprises should pay more attention to the negative effects of different standards and cultural habits in the process of dealing with various institutional differences.
