【摘要】：通過對H醫(yī)院開展的作業(yè)成本法下醫(yī)療項目成本核算進行研究,體現(xiàn)作業(yè)成本法區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)方法下成本核算的先進性,實用性。作業(yè)成本法下的醫(yī)療項目成本核算不僅能夠完善醫(yī)療機構成本管控的有效性和準確性,還可以提升醫(yī)療機構的管理效率,對醫(yī)療成本進行有效的監(jiān)督管理。從多個環(huán)節(jié)抓成本,降費用,最終實現(xiàn)合理降低醫(yī)院運營總成本的目的,以減少醫(yī)院對政府財政補貼的過度依賴,政府也能夠?qū)⒂邢薜呢斦Y金應用到其他領域的公共項目上,以解決更多民生問題。
[Abstract]:Through the research on the cost accounting of medical project under activity-based costing in H hospital, it is shown that the ABC is different from the traditional method in the advanced nature and practicability of cost accounting. The cost accounting of medical project under activity-based costing can not only improve the effectiveness and accuracy of cost control in medical institutions, but also improve the management efficiency of medical institutions, and effectively supervise and manage medical costs. In order to reduce the total operating cost of the hospital, and to reduce the excessive dependence of the hospital on the government's financial subsidy, the government can also apply the limited financial funds to the public projects in other fields, so as to achieve the goal of reasonably reducing the total operating cost of the hospital through several links, so as to reduce the excessive dependence of the hospital on the government's financial subsidies. To solve more livelihood problems.
