【摘要】：成都泳勝體育文化傳播有限公司創(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃書(shū),基于兩年的創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐活動(dòng),創(chuàng)業(yè)過(guò)程中遇到的困難和問(wèn)題以及創(chuàng)業(yè)過(guò)程中總結(jié)出的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),對(duì)未來(lái)公司的戰(zhàn)略戰(zhàn)術(shù)做出比較詳細(xì)的分析和梳理。本計(jì)劃書(shū)暫不考慮吸引風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資者。對(duì)本公司的市場(chǎng)分析、管理體系規(guī)劃、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手分析和成本管理做出詳細(xì)的描述,在梳理現(xiàn)有資源的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)未來(lái)公司的發(fā)展路線做出設(shè)想和規(guī)劃。成都泳勝體育文化傳播有限公司創(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃書(shū),共分十章。第一章至三章,主要針對(duì)公司成立的背景,分析整個(gè)行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)現(xiàn)狀,運(yùn)用六力模型來(lái)分析公司所處的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境。第四章至六章,從公司戰(zhàn)略,管理體系,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)三方面來(lái)描述公司的實(shí)際運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀,并運(yùn)用SWOT分析法和SPT市場(chǎng)分析法來(lái)描述公司的定位和目標(biāo)客戶(hù)以及公司自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),這三章是本計(jì)劃書(shū)的重點(diǎn),并提出了一些對(duì)來(lái)的規(guī)劃。第七章至八章,主要對(duì)公司具體的一個(gè)游泳場(chǎng)館管理運(yùn)營(yíng)做作出具體的管理及經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)做出具體描述。第九章,主要是財(cái)務(wù)分析,探討了投資計(jì)劃、稅收等問(wèn)題,預(yù)測(cè)了主要財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表。第十章,附件介紹了公司起草的會(huì)員入會(huì)合同模板,該模板為公司建立客戶(hù)檔案,規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn),分析客戶(hù)需求,更好的服務(wù)客戶(hù)提供了數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Based on the two years' entrepreneurial practice, the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of entrepreneurship, and the lessons learned in the process of entrepreneurship, a detailed analysis and combing of the strategy and tactics of the Future Ltd is made on the basis of two years of entrepreneurial practice activities, Chengdu Sports Culture Communication Co., Ltd.. In view of the competition status of the whole industry, the six force model is used to analyze the competitive environment of the company. The fourth chapter to the six chapter describes the actual operation status of the company from three aspects of the company strategy, management system and marketing, and uses the SWOT analysis method and the SPT Market analysis method to describe the company's positioning and target customers and the company itself. The advantages and disadvantages, the three chapters are the focus of this plan, and put forward some plans for the coming. The seventh to the eight chapter, mainly to make specific management and operation risk of a specific swimming venue management and operation of the company to make specific description. The ninth chapter, mainly financial analysis, discussed the investment plan, tax and other issues, forecast The main financial statements.
