【摘要】：隨著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,工業(yè)也得到了快速發(fā)展,但隨之而來(lái)的霧霾天氣、酸雨天氣、河流污染現(xiàn)象也時(shí)有發(fā)生,環(huán)境保護(hù)越來(lái)越受到國(guó)家和人民的重視。水資源作為人類的生活源頭,其所受污染程度越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重,水資源保護(hù)也受到了國(guó)家的重視,如何能夠既保護(hù)現(xiàn)有水資源不受污染,又能夠回收循環(huán)利用工業(yè)、生活等排出的污水,是很多人研究的一個(gè)重要課題。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,污水處理技術(shù)得以實(shí)現(xiàn),由此而產(chǎn)生的污水處理廠建設(shè)也如雨后春筍般出現(xiàn)。伊旗阿鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠一期建設(shè)工程已經(jīng)完成,但是隨著阿鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,外來(lái)人口和本地人口數(shù)量迅速增加,加之人們的生活水平逐步提高,一期污水處理廠的污水處理能力已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿足現(xiàn)有城鎮(zhèn)的需求,由此而來(lái),政府實(shí)施了污水處理廠擴(kuò)建工程項(xiàng)目。本文利用項(xiàng)目實(shí)施工程中進(jìn)度管理、成本管理、質(zhì)量管理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合伊旗阿鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠擴(kuò)建工程的實(shí)際工程建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)了本工程在進(jìn)度和成本管理中的方法,同時(shí)利用掙得值法對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度和成本進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)果顯示項(xiàng)目成本沒(méi)有超出預(yù)算規(guī)定,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度在規(guī)劃時(shí)間內(nèi)得以完成;分析了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的影響因素,梳理出質(zhì)量管理流程圖,總結(jié)了項(xiàng)目在質(zhì)量管理方面的方法和措施,并且對(duì)本項(xiàng)目工程質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了后評(píng)估,得出質(zhì)量水平滿足項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)需求;識(shí)別了項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并進(jìn)行排序,針對(duì)主要的三種項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)制定了管理方法和預(yù)防措施,為后續(xù)相關(guān)項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)提供理論和實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy, industry has also been rapidly developed, but with the haze weather, acid rain weather, river pollution phenomenon also occur from time to time, environmental protection has been paid more and more attention by the country and people. As the source of human life, water resources are being polluted more and more seriously, and the protection of water resources has been paid more and more attention by the country. How to protect the existing water resources from pollution and recycle industry, Sewage, such as life, is an important subject studied by many people. With the development of science and technology, sewage treatment technology has been realized. The first phase of the construction of the Iqi Azhen sewage treatment Plant has been completed, but with the development of the town's economy, the number of foreign and local people has increased rapidly, and the living standards of the people have been gradually improved. The sewage treatment capacity of the first stage sewage treatment plant has been unable to meet the demand of the existing towns. As a result, the government has implemented the sewage treatment plant expansion project. Based on the relevant theories of schedule management, cost management, quality management and risk management in the project implementation, this paper combines the practical engineering construction experience of the Yichang Azhen sewage treatment plant expansion project. At the same time, the method of earning value is used to evaluate the progress and cost of the project. The results show that the cost of the project does not exceed the budget, and the progress of the project is completed within the planning time. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the project quality management, combs out the quality management flow chart, summarizes the methods and measures of the project quality management, and carries on the post-evaluation to the project quality, and obtains the quality level to meet the project design demand; The project risks are identified and sorted, and the management methods and preventive measures are established for the three main project risks, which provide theoretical and practical experience for the subsequent construction of related projects.
