吉林石化公司香蘭素項(xiàng)目成本管理體系優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)內(nèi)石油化工行業(yè)的不斷規(guī)范發(fā)展,精細(xì)化工項(xiàng)目管理逐步的深化,當(dāng)前化工工程項(xiàng)目的成本控制問(wèn)題日益受到化工行業(yè)內(nèi)部的關(guān)注。不少石油化工企業(yè)都正在加強(qiáng)對(duì)化工工程項(xiàng)目的成本控制,從而改變企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,有的公司甚至認(rèn)為提高企業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的唯一途徑就是加強(qiáng)工程項(xiàng)目成本控制。實(shí)際上,化工工程項(xiàng)目成本控制的運(yùn)行機(jī)制與企業(yè)的管理體制能否相互適應(yīng),對(duì)企業(yè)的影響是很大的,國(guó)內(nèi)有大量化工工程項(xiàng)目由于成本控制不善而導(dǎo)致企業(yè)效益下滑甚至垮臺(tái)的案例。 本文以化工工程項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合吉林石化公司實(shí)例,運(yùn)用成本管理體系理論,對(duì)我國(guó)化工企業(yè)工程項(xiàng)目的組織管理模式和成本控制體系作了具體分析和探討。本文闡述了化工工程項(xiàng)目成本控制體系的概況,并對(duì)不同組織成本控制的模式進(jìn)行了全面的剖析;其次,以吉林石化公司為例,分析吉林石化公司香蘭素項(xiàng)目的成本控制體系,運(yùn)用成本管理體系理論找出香蘭素項(xiàng)目出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,提出解決吉林石化公司香蘭素項(xiàng)目成本控制方案及方案實(shí)施評(píng)價(jià)。通過(guò)對(duì)吉林石化公司香蘭素項(xiàng)目成本控制的實(shí)例研究,得出工程項(xiàng)目成本控制體系必以成本控制組織結(jié)構(gòu)為依托,以成本控制方法為手段,貫穿成本過(guò)程管理達(dá)到工程項(xiàng)目成本控制體系優(yōu)化的目的。
[Abstract]:With the development of domestic petrochemical industry and the deepening of fine chemical project management, the cost control of chemical engineering project has been paid more and more attention. Many petrochemical enterprises are strengthening the cost control of chemical engineering projects, thus changing the operating conditions of enterprises. Some companies even think that the only way to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises is to strengthen the cost control of engineering projects. In fact, whether the operational mechanism of cost control of chemical engineering projects and the management system of the enterprise can adapt to each other will have a great impact on the enterprise. There are a large number of cases in China in which the cost control of chemical engineering project leads to the decline or even collapse of enterprise benefit. This paper takes the chemical engineering project as the research object, combined with the example of Jilin Petrochemical Company, applies the theory of cost management system, and makes a concrete analysis and discussion on the organization management mode and cost control system of the chemical engineering project in our country. This paper describes the general situation of the cost control system of chemical engineering projects, and analyzes the cost control models of different organizations. Secondly, taking Jilin Petrochemical Company as an example, the cost control system of vanillin projects in Jilin Petrochemical Company is analyzed. The cost management system theory is used to find out the problems of vanillin project and to solve the cost control scheme of vanillin project in Jilin Petrochemical Company and its implementation evaluation. By studying the cost control of vanillin project in Jilin Petrochemical Company, it is concluded that the cost control system of engineering project must be based on the organization structure of cost control and the method of cost control. Running through the cost process management to achieve the purpose of optimization of project cost control system.
