華北物探處項目成本管理問題及對策研究

【摘要】:近年來,華北物探處項目產(chǎn)值增長有限,,而人工費、材料費、賠償費等各類成本費用費不斷攀升,給項目經(jīng)營帶來巨大的壓力,如何做好項目成本管理工作,已經(jīng)成為關(guān)乎企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。 本文結(jié)合項目管理相關(guān)知識,從實際調(diào)研入手,剖析華北物探處項目成本管理中存在的各類問題。調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn)雖然外部市場的不穩(wěn)定以及整體經(jīng)濟環(huán)境影響等因素都會導(dǎo)致項目成本上升,但是,內(nèi)部成本預(yù)算方法單一、成本控制缺乏有效性等情況給企業(yè)經(jīng)營帶來更大的問題。 針對存在的問題,本文從目前較為成熟的成本管理方法如工作結(jié)構(gòu)分解法、掙值法、成本標(biāo)桿管理法入手,探索這些成本管理工具如何在石油物探這個領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行應(yīng)用。同時,借鑒以往的研究經(jīng)驗,思考如何在新的經(jīng)營環(huán)境下完善現(xiàn)有的物探項目成本管理體系。 在上述研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文重新建立了物探項目成本管理流程,分別在成本預(yù)算、成本控制和成本分析等方面采用全過程動態(tài)控制理念和掙值法、成本標(biāo)桿管理法等新的管理工具。重新設(shè)計的項目管理流程在實際應(yīng)用過程中表現(xiàn)了良好的效果,具有可操作性,為有效解決物探項目現(xiàn)有的成本管理問題提供了參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the North China geophysical exploration project has a limited increase in output value, and the cost and cost of artificial cost, material cost and compensation cost are rising continuously. It has brought great pressure to the project management. How to manage the project cost well has become the key to the survival and development of the enterprise.
This paper, based on the related knowledge of project management, analyzes the various problems in the project cost management of the North China geophysical exploration department from the actual investigation. It is found that although the instability of the external market and the overall economic and environmental impact will lead to the increase of the cost of the project, the internal cost budget method is single, and the cost control is not effective. The situation, such as sex, brings more problems to business management.
In view of the existing problems, this paper, starting with the more mature cost management methods such as work structure decomposition method, earned value method and cost benchmarking method, explores how these cost management tools can be applied in the field of petroleum geophysical exploration. At the same time, we use the previous research experience to think about how to perfect the existing things under the new operating environment. Explore the project cost management system.
On the basis of the above research, this paper reestablishes the cost management process of the geophysical project, and adopts the new management tools such as the whole process dynamic control concept, the earned value method and the cost benchmarking method in the cost budget, the cost control and the cost analysis. The redesigned item management process has shown good performance in the practical application process. The result is feasible and provides reference for effectively solving the existing cost management problems of geophysical prospecting projects.
