基于CBR與QFD的冶金業(yè)制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)訂單展開方法研究

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,運用信息化手段提高制造業(yè)企業(yè)的競爭力已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)不可忽視的問題。制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)(MES, Manufacturing Execute System)作為企業(yè)信息化架構(gòu)中重要的組成部分,它利用各種生產(chǎn)信息對從銷售訂單下達(dá)到產(chǎn)出最終產(chǎn)品的一系列過程進(jìn)行管理,并且及時對工廠的突發(fā)事件做出響應(yīng),同時根據(jù)當(dāng)前的準(zhǔn)確數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)和處理。MES主要對生產(chǎn)廠級的計劃、質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)、銷售、采購、庫存、物流等進(jìn)行全面管理。 質(zhì)量管理作為MES系統(tǒng)重要的功能模塊,是其他功能諸如生產(chǎn)管理、計劃管理、成本管理等模塊的基礎(chǔ)。質(zhì)量設(shè)計作為質(zhì)量管理的開端,對整個質(zhì)量管理過程具有重要作用,訂單展開是對質(zhì)量設(shè)計的擴(kuò)展。本文在對訂單展開過程和方法現(xiàn)狀做了深入細(xì)致的研究基礎(chǔ)上,采用了基于案例的推理技術(shù)(CBR,Case-based Reasoning)與質(zhì)量功能展開(QFD, Quality Function Deployment)的制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)訂單展開方法,針對此方法主要研究工作如下: 一,使用CBR技術(shù)確定銷售訂單對應(yīng)的工藝路線,此過程利用現(xiàn)有的工藝和生產(chǎn)等數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建用例庫,在用例庫的基礎(chǔ)上使用一定的規(guī)則確定工藝路線; 二,借助訂單展開引擎做銷售訂單的后續(xù)展開,先對工藝路線、產(chǎn)品、物料形變、機(jī)組等訂單展開引擎使用的主數(shù)據(jù)按照一定得規(guī)則進(jìn)行維護(hù),將銷售訂單和利用CBR技術(shù)得到的工藝路線作為輸入,計算物料需求和化學(xué)成分、生成測試和取樣指令及生產(chǎn)指令; 三,利用QFD方法對客戶的特殊需求進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充展開,這個步驟需要對客戶特殊需求進(jìn)行分析和規(guī)范,然后利用質(zhì)量屋模型將特殊需求反應(yīng)到對應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)訂單上。 訂單展開的一系列動作完成后,就將銷售訂單展開成一個完整的生產(chǎn)訂單用于生產(chǎn)排程。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, using information technology to improve the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises has become a problem that can not be ignored. As an important part of enterprise information architecture, manufacturing execution system (mes) manages a series of processes from sales order to final product by using all kinds of production information. And timely response to plant emergencies, and according to the current accurate data to guide and handle. Mes is the overall management of factory level planning, quality, production, sales, procurement, inventory, logistics and so on. As an important functional module of mes system, quality management is the basis of other functions such as production management, planning management, cost management and so on. As the beginning of quality management, quality design plays an important role in the whole process of quality management. On the basis of a thorough and detailed study on the present situation of the process and methods of order deployment, this paper adopts the CBRRase-based reasoning (CBRCase-based reasoning) and the quality function deployment (QFDD) method of the manufacturing execution system (MCE), which is based on the CBR-based reasoning (CBR-based reasoning) and the quality function deployment (QFD). The main research work of this method is as follows: firstly, CBR technology is used to determine the process route corresponding to the sales order, which uses the existing process and production data to construct the use case database. On the basis of the use case base, we use certain rules to determine the process route. Secondly, we use the order expansion engine to do the subsequent expansion of the sales order. First, we deform the process route, the product, the material, The main data used by the unit and so on are maintained according to certain rules. The sales order and the process route obtained by CBR technology are taken as input, the material requirement and chemical composition are calculated, and the test and sampling instructions and production instructions are generated. Thirdly, the qfd method is used to supplement the customer's special needs. This step needs to analyze and standardize the customer's special needs, and then use the quality house model to reflect the special requirements to the corresponding production orders. After a series of actions are completed, the sales order is expanded into a complete production order for production scheduling.
