【摘要】：通常情況下,在工程項(xiàng)目管理的過程中,需要對質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度以及成本進(jìn)行有效的控制,這三個(gè)控制要點(diǎn)之間存在著密切的聯(lián)系。共同構(gòu)成項(xiàng)目管理體系的三個(gè)目標(biāo),一個(gè)方面的變化將不可避免地導(dǎo)致其他兩個(gè)領(lǐng)域的變化。所以,其中任何一個(gè)目標(biāo)的缺陷,都會造成項(xiàng)目整體受到嚴(yán)重的影響,制約了項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)程。一般來講,在工程實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié),一個(gè)或兩個(gè)控制目標(biāo)往往被設(shè)置為第一,之后再推敲另外的因素。所以,本研究基于建設(shè)進(jìn)度的前提,分析質(zhì)量以及成本控制之間的相互作用�，F(xiàn)階段,關(guān)于工程項(xiàng)目管理開展的研究工作已經(jīng)初見成效,但對質(zhì)量控制的理論研究在同進(jìn)度控制和成本控制等方面并不多處于同一個(gè)重要位置。本文是在成本控制和質(zhì)量控制研究、質(zhì)量控制和成本控制的協(xié)調(diào)互動(dòng)關(guān)系的分析,通過對項(xiàng)目系統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量和成本控制的研究和分析之間的關(guān)系的互動(dòng)和協(xié)調(diào),為項(xiàng)目管理提供一個(gè)參考點(diǎn),未來的研究具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義,并以實(shí)際的項(xiàng)目管理中的作用。本文在回顧相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),結(jié)合控制論原理的運(yùn)用,對工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制與成本控制的原理和方法綜合分析;通過對復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)的協(xié)調(diào)分析、質(zhì)量控制和成本控制之間的協(xié)調(diào)研究;建立了動(dòng)態(tài)優(yōu)化項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量控制和成本控制數(shù)學(xué)模型;在質(zhì)量控制和成本控制的協(xié)調(diào)分析,構(gòu)建了“質(zhì)量與成本的優(yōu)化配置界面”。
[Abstract]:Usually, in the process of project management, it is necessary to control the quality, schedule and cost effectively, which are closely related to each other. The change of one aspect will inevitably lead to the change of the other two fields. Therefore, any of the defects of the goal will cause a serious impact on the whole project, restricting the process of the project. Generally speaking, in engineering practice, one or two control objectives are often set as first, and then another factor is considered. Therefore, based on the premise of construction schedule, this study analyzes the interaction between quality and cost control. At present, the research work on engineering project management has achieved initial results, but the theoretical research on quality control is not always in the same important position in the same progress control and cost control. This paper analyzes the relationship between cost control and quality control, quality control and cost control, through the research and analysis of the quality and cost control of the project system. To provide a reference point for project management, the future research has a certain practical significance, and the role of the actual project management. Based on the review of relevant literature and the application of cybernetics, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the principles and methods of quality control and cost control of engineering projects, and studies the coordination between quality control and cost control through the coordinated analysis of complex systems. The mathematical model of quality control and cost control of dynamic optimization project is established, and the "optimal configuration interface between quality and cost" is constructed through the coordinated analysis of quality control and cost control.
