【摘要】:生產(chǎn)成本作為生產(chǎn)過程中的各種支出,是產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的“投入”,是產(chǎn)品定價的重要基礎。在競爭日益激烈的市場環(huán)境下,對生產(chǎn)成本的管理重要性日益凸顯,甚至市場個體的核心競爭力直接取決于對生產(chǎn)成本管理的成功與否。加強生產(chǎn)成本分析管理是擴大生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的重要條件,有利于促使企業(yè)改善生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營管理,提高經(jīng)濟效益,增強產(chǎn)品價格優(yōu)勢。 浙江某生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)有限公司(簡稱某生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè))是位于浙江杭州的一家民營企業(yè),,該公司是集化工、金融、物流、房地產(chǎn)等為一體的多元化企業(yè)。該公司非常重視企業(yè)的信息化建設,在硬件、軟件、安全和網(wǎng)絡上都投入大量人力財力,一直走在行業(yè)前端。其企業(yè)信息化系統(tǒng)包括企業(yè)資源計劃系統(tǒng)(Enterprise Resource Planning,簡稱ERP),辦公自動化系統(tǒng),人事管理系統(tǒng),客戶關系管理等系統(tǒng)。后ERP時代,數(shù)據(jù)倉庫(Data Warehouse,簡稱DW)和商務智能(Business Intelligence,簡稱BI)成為企業(yè)信息化的重點。為了保持和ERP系統(tǒng)的集成性,其數(shù)據(jù)倉庫和商務智能工具都選擇了和ERP系統(tǒng)同廠家的產(chǎn)品,分別為SAP BusinessWarehouse(簡稱SAP BW)和SAPBusinessObject。本文是以該生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)倉庫平臺建設為研究背景,對生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本進行分析研究。 該生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)實施數(shù)據(jù)倉庫以前,企業(yè)報表基于SAP ERP系統(tǒng)、關系型數(shù)據(jù)庫和手工數(shù)據(jù),數(shù)據(jù)非常分散,涉及到多系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)時,則需要耗費大量人力手工處理報表,效率低,而且非常容易出錯。對于生產(chǎn)成本分析這么重要的分析,每個月月結(jié)以后由財務人員從ERP系統(tǒng)中導出部分報表進行加工,依據(jù)不同的條件進行復雜的計算手工合并預算數(shù)據(jù)和上年同期數(shù)據(jù),每個月手工處理報表額外需要3天時間,且容易出錯;一旦該財務人員請假,成本分析工作就會停滯。實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)倉庫建設以后,改善了上述的情況,財務每個月月結(jié)完成后,數(shù)據(jù)倉庫平臺立即加載、整合數(shù)據(jù),在后臺自動進行預定義的各種復雜計算,只需要2-3個小時,通過瀏覽器就可以查看生產(chǎn)成本報表,快速簡單,數(shù)據(jù)準確,和預算數(shù)據(jù)以及上年同期比較一目了然,任何有權(quán)限訪問成本報表的人員都可以通過報表展現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)訪問報表,財務人員可以將更多的精力投入到分析中。 論文詳細論述了數(shù)據(jù)倉庫關鍵技術(shù),以及該生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)基于數(shù)據(jù)倉庫的生產(chǎn)成本報表設計與實現(xiàn)。數(shù)據(jù)集成方面使用SAP BW的數(shù)據(jù)抽取轉(zhuǎn)換工具(ExtractTransformation Loading,簡稱ETL)抽取、轉(zhuǎn)換、加載各業(yè)務系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù),經(jīng)過清洗、整合后儲存在數(shù)據(jù)倉庫平臺,實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)集成。利用數(shù)據(jù)倉庫的多維模型技術(shù)進行建模,從不同角度進行分析。報表方面利用SAP BusinessObject基于數(shù)據(jù)倉庫建立的數(shù)據(jù)集市展現(xiàn)報表,報表真實直觀,分析各指標的意義,讓數(shù)據(jù)來說話。最后將數(shù)據(jù)倉庫平臺報表和業(yè)務系統(tǒng)、手工數(shù)據(jù)對比,從數(shù)據(jù)準確性、報表邏輯正確性、數(shù)據(jù)集成性等各角度驗證SAP BusinessObject報表準確可靠。
[Abstract]:Production cost, as a kind of expenditure in the production process, is the "input" of product production. It is an important basis for product pricing. In the increasingly competitive market environment, the management importance of production cost is becoming more and more important. Even the core competitiveness of the individual in the market depends on the success of production cost management. Cost analysis and management is an important condition for expanding production and operation. It is beneficial for enterprises to improve production and operation management, improve economic efficiency and enhance product price advantage.
A production and manufacturing enterprise limited in Zhejiang (a manufacturing enterprise) is a private enterprise located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. It is a diversified enterprise integrating chemical, financial, logistics and real estate. The company attaches great importance to the construction of enterprise information, and has invested a lot of manpower and financial resources in hard parts, software, safety and network. The enterprise information system includes enterprise resource planning system (Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP), office automation system, personnel management system and customer relationship management system. In the post ERP era, the data warehouse (Data Warehouse, DW) and business intelligence (Business Intelligence, BI) become enterprise letters. In order to maintain the integration of the ERP system, the data warehouse and the business intelligence tools have chosen the products of the same manufacturer as the ERP system, which are the SAP BusinessWarehouse (SAP BW) and the SAPBusinessObject., which are the research background of the flat platform construction of the data warehouse of the manufacturing enterprise, and the production of the production enterprises. This is an analysis and study.
Before implementing the data warehouse in the manufacturing enterprise, the enterprise report is based on the SAP ERP system, the relational database and the manual data, and the data are very scattered. When the data are involved in the multi system, it takes a lot of manpower to handle the report, and it is inefficient and is very easy to make mistakes. After the month of the month, the financial personnel from the ERP system export parts of the report processing, according to the different conditions to carry out complex calculation of manual combined budget data and the same period of the previous year data, manual processing of the report each month additional 3 days, and easy to make mistakes; once the financial person to ask for leave, cost analysis work will stagnate. After the building of the warehouse, the above situation is improved. After each month's completion, the data warehouse platform is immediately loaded, the data is integrated, and the various complex calculations are automatically predefined in the background. It takes only 2-3 hours to check the production cost report through the browser, fast and simple, the data is accurate, and the budget data and the previous year At the same time, it is clear that any person who has access to the cost report can access the report through the report, and the financial staff can put more energy into the analysis.
This paper expounds the key technology of data warehouse and the design and implementation of production cost report based on data warehouse in the manufacturing enterprise. Data extraction and conversion tool (ExtractTransformation Loading, ETL) using SAP BW is used to extract, convert and load the data of each business system in the aspect of data integration. Data warehouse platform to realize data integration. Using multidimensional model technology of data warehouse to model and analyze from different angles. The report forms a report using SAP BusinessObject data mart based on data warehouse. The report is real and intuitive, analyzes the meaning of each index, and lets the data speak. Finally, the data warehouse platform is reported. Tables and business systems, manual data comparison, from the data accuracy, report logic correctness, data integration and other angles verify SAP BusinessObject report is accurate and reliable.
