大化集團(tuán)企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,科技技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代管理學(xué)理論不斷完善和普及,從各級(jí)政府機(jī)關(guān)到大小企業(yè)對(duì)于基于IT的管理信息系統(tǒng)需求愈發(fā)強(qiáng)烈,而近幾十年來(lái)信息技術(shù)爆炸性發(fā)展也為信息管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)健全提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。企業(yè)是以“競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力”論輸贏的經(jīng)營(yíng)單元,而“項(xiàng)目管理能力”已然成為了企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力中的重要一點(diǎn),標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的項(xiàng)目管理流程也成為了公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理的流程中的重要一環(huán)。項(xiàng)目管理的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化,對(duì)推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目業(yè)務(wù)精確、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、科學(xué)、規(guī)范運(yùn)行起著重要推動(dòng)作用。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理的基本理論以及企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用價(jià)值做了簡(jiǎn)要分析,針對(duì)大連化工集團(tuán)企業(yè)內(nèi)部項(xiàng)目管理的實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù),貼合大化集團(tuán)項(xiàng)目管理的模式和信息化要求量身定做項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)對(duì)當(dāng)前IT技術(shù)和設(shè)計(jì)方法的分析,本文確定以.Net為技術(shù)框架展開(kāi)項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文致力于對(duì)項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)到項(xiàng)目完結(jié)全過(guò)程的信息化改造,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃、項(xiàng)目的立項(xiàng)、項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度、項(xiàng)目的決策等業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行建模分析。系統(tǒng)根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù),將項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃分為立項(xiàng)、編碼、任務(wù)、變更等四個(gè)部分;將項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度分為進(jìn)度管理、任務(wù)表管理、工作重難點(diǎn)管理、重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)統(tǒng)計(jì)四大部分;將項(xiàng)目決策分為甘特圖管理、形象進(jìn)度管理、拖期任務(wù)管理、工作量管理、材料進(jìn)度管理、機(jī)械進(jìn)度管理、項(xiàng)目任務(wù)顯示八大部分。系統(tǒng)使用圖形和表單等方式系統(tǒng)地、形象地描述了企業(yè)項(xiàng)目各業(yè)務(wù)的進(jìn)展詳情。從此之外,作為統(tǒng)籌性的管理平臺(tái),系統(tǒng)還有諸如辦公信息化、成本管理、用戶管理等部分。本系統(tǒng)采用C#作為編程語(yǔ)言,以SQL Server2008為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),基于.NET數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目管理的信息化。 本文設(shè)計(jì)的項(xiàng)目管理信息系統(tǒng),功能設(shè)計(jì)上與大化集團(tuán)項(xiàng)目管理業(yè)務(wù)相對(duì)應(yīng),設(shè)計(jì)完成后在大化集團(tuán)中世紀(jì)投入使用。經(jīng)過(guò)軟件工程理論中測(cè)試方法和流程,本文得到了對(duì)系統(tǒng)安全性和可靠性的充分驗(yàn)證。系統(tǒng)在大化集團(tuán)運(yùn)行正常穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,符合業(yè)務(wù)需求,為大化集團(tuán)企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理提供了巨大的便利。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous improvement and popularization of modern management theory, the demand for IT-based management information system is growing from government agencies at all levels to large and small enterprises. The explosive development of information technology in recent decades also provides a solid technical foundation for the construction of information management system. The enterprise is the business unit of winning and losing based on "competitiveness", and "project management ability" has become an important point in the competitiveness of enterprises, and the standard project management process has become an important link in the process of standardized management of the company. The standardization, scientization and standardization of project management play an important role in promoting the project business precision, standard, science and standard operation. This paper makes a brief analysis of the basic theory of project management and the application value of enterprise project management system, aiming at the actual business of internal project management of Dalian Chemical Group. The project management mode and information requirement of Dazhwa Group are tailored to the project management system. Based on the analysis of current IT technology and design methods, this paper determines the design and implementation of project management system based on. Net. This paper is devoted to the information transformation from the project establishment to the end of the project, and the modeling and analysis of the project planning, project establishment, project progress, project decision making and so on. According to the business, the system divides the project plan into four parts: project establishment, code, task and change, the progress of the project is divided into four parts: schedule management, task table management, work difficult management, key difficulty statistics, etc. The project decision is divided into eight parts: Gantt chart management, image schedule management, tardiness task management, workload management, material schedule management, mechanical progress management, and project task display. The system uses graphics and forms to systematically and graphically describe the business progress of enterprise projects. From then on, as an overall management platform, the system also has office information, cost management, user management and other parts. The system uses C # as programming language, SQL Server2008 as background database and. Net database to realize the information of project management. The project management information system designed in this paper corresponds to the project management business of Dahua Group in function design and put into use in the Middle Ages of Dahua Group after the completion of the design. After testing method and flow in software engineering theory, the system security and reliability are fully verified in this paper. The system runs normally and stably in Dahua Group, meets the business demand, and provides great convenience for project management of Dahua Group.
