【摘要】：建筑行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展促使市場競爭不斷增加,施工企業(yè)為了可以獲得更好的市場競爭力,在建筑施工成本上就要有一定的控制。簡單介紹了在建筑施工中,施工預(yù)算與項(xiàng)目成本管理之間的關(guān)系,并且提出了建筑施工預(yù)算的方法與對成本控制及管理的方法,以期達(dá)到節(jié)約成本支出,促進(jìn)建筑經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of construction industry, the market competition is increasing constantly. In order to obtain better market competitiveness, construction enterprises must have certain control on construction cost. This paper briefly introduces the relationship between construction budget and project cost management in construction, and puts forward the methods of construction budget and cost control and management in order to achieve cost saving. The goal of promoting economic efficiency of buildings.
