供電企業(yè)供應(yīng)商管理系統(tǒng)的研究與分析

【摘要】:如今所有的企業(yè)都是注重其經(jīng)濟效益,企業(yè)供應(yīng)部門采購成本的大小也決定了企業(yè)所需要花費的成本,企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益也會被帶動。管理整個供應(yīng)商是采購部門最為關(guān)鍵的工作之一,所以我們必須對供應(yīng)商加強管理,建立有效實時的供應(yīng)商管理體系,這樣企業(yè)的效益與競爭力就會大幅度提升。本文詳細調(diào)查與研究了某個供電企業(yè)的具體情況,剛開始對供電企業(yè)的供應(yīng)商管理的運營模式進行了分析,并整理出了企業(yè)整個內(nèi)部供應(yīng)商管理的流程模式。再根據(jù)企業(yè)供應(yīng)商的不同特性按類別分類整個供應(yīng)商,也對應(yīng)的研究了不向種類的評價指標(biāo),還確認(rèn)了對應(yīng)的評價方法。從評價的指標(biāo)著手,其中研究了供應(yīng)商的技術(shù)能力、基本狀況、財務(wù)情況、管理質(zhì)量能力與服務(wù)能力等指標(biāo),針對整個績效評價工作,就包含成本、管理、質(zhì)量、交貨、開發(fā)等五個部分。從而衍生出了供應(yīng)商采購、合同、資質(zhì)、運營能力等指標(biāo)來組成了供應(yīng)商的績效指標(biāo)體系。主要基于供應(yīng)商的分類管理,分析與研究了供應(yīng)商績效評估模塊、資質(zhì)評價模塊與分類管理模塊。正是由于此管理系統(tǒng)解決了供應(yīng)商服務(wù)不達標(biāo),質(zhì)量不過關(guān),供貨不及時等問題。也就間接降低了企業(yè)的成本與生產(chǎn)周期,提高了企業(yè)的效率與競爭力。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, all enterprises pay attention to their economic benefits, and the size of procurement costs in the supply department also determines the cost that enterprises need to spend, and the economic benefits of enterprises will also be driven. Managing the whole supplier is one of the most critical tasks of the purchasing department, so we must strengthen the management of the supplier and establish an effective and real-time supplier management system, so that the efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise will be greatly improved. This paper investigates and studies the specific situation of a power supply enterprise in detail, analyzes the operation mode of supplier management in power supply enterprise at the beginning, and arranges the flow pattern of supplier management in the whole enterprise. Then according to the different characteristics of enterprise suppliers, the whole supplier is classified according to the category, the evaluation index of non-category is also studied, and the corresponding evaluation method is confirmed. Starting from the evaluation index, this paper studies the technical ability, basic condition, financial situation, management quality and service ability of the supplier, aiming at the whole performance evaluation, including cost, management, quality, delivery, etc. Development is divided into five parts. The supplier procurement, contract, qualification, operation ability and other indicators are derived to form the supplier performance indicator system. Based on the classification management of suppliers, this paper analyzes and studies supplier performance evaluation module, qualification evaluation module and classification management module. It is because of this management system to solve the supplier service not up to standard, quality, supply is not timely and so on. It also indirectly reduces the cost and production cycle of the enterprise, and improves the efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise.
