【摘要】:現(xiàn)代化的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)服務(wù),以滿足客戶需求為目的,在特定的環(huán)境下,運(yùn)用與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的應(yīng)用技術(shù)和科學(xué)管理策略,對(duì)貨物的入庫(kù)、儲(chǔ)存分配、出庫(kù)及其他流程進(jìn)行高效地規(guī)劃和控制。伴隨國(guó)際相關(guān)行業(yè)的進(jìn)步,我國(guó)的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理也正在從“人工+機(jī)械化”的模式向“信息+智能化”的模式發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)變。LXH公司是L集團(tuán)的全資子公司,面對(duì)日益激烈的物流行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和日新月異的物流管理新技術(shù),公司在倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理中存在缺乏精益管理、貨架布局和操作流程錯(cuò)誤、缺失倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)安全防范等一系列問題。正因?yàn)檫@些問題的存在,導(dǎo)致了LXH公司近些年來(lái)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本逐年上升,利潤(rùn)逐年下降。本文主要采用理論借鑒法、文獻(xiàn)分析法、內(nèi)部調(diào)研法、數(shù)量研究法、觀察法等技術(shù)路線進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。筆者通過查閱大量的網(wǎng)絡(luò)文獻(xiàn)和圖書資源,用公司內(nèi)部調(diào)研、數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比和具體實(shí)驗(yàn)例證分析發(fā)現(xiàn),引發(fā)問題的成因主要是:LXH公司缺乏機(jī)械自動(dòng)化作業(yè);貨物入庫(kù)出庫(kù)操作流程不明確;信息化管理水平不高;日常運(yùn)營(yíng)成本較高,且有浪費(fèi)現(xiàn)象;大部分職員工作效率不高;消防和技防措施有漏洞等情況;诠竟芾憩F(xiàn)狀和倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本不斷上升的問題,結(jié)合LXH公司未來(lái)發(fā)展需求,筆者提出了一系列有針對(duì)性的改進(jìn)建議:公司要樹立精益管理理念來(lái)落實(shí)降低成本、用WMS系統(tǒng)來(lái)提升管理效能、增補(bǔ)細(xì)化相關(guān)管理制度來(lái)完善倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理和日常運(yùn)營(yíng)。相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和具體措施為:調(diào)整各貨區(qū)布局;統(tǒng)一編碼和設(shè)置標(biāo)簽;整合信息管理系統(tǒng);提升貨區(qū)運(yùn)作能效;廢棄物分類利用;加強(qiáng)員工培訓(xùn);部分配送貨物選擇外包;增配消防和技防設(shè)備;保障資金支持等。通過本文,旨在為L(zhǎng)XH公司提供有益的參考及指導(dǎo),希望公司高層管理者予以重視,并在未來(lái)積極改進(jìn)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理提供參考。另外,本論文所研究的一些代表性問題,還有相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)分析、意見建議能為其他企業(yè)、機(jī)構(gòu)或?qū)W者提供借鑒參考。
[Abstract]:Modern warehousing service, in order to meet the needs of customers, in a specific environment, using the application technology and scientific management strategy of keeping pace with the times, the goods storage, distribution, outgoing and other processes for efficient planning and control. With the progress of international related industries, warehouse management in China is changing from "artificial mechanization" mode to "information intelligence" mode. LXH Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of L Group. Facing the increasingly fierce competition in logistics industry and the new technology of logistics management with each passing day, the company has a series of problems such as lack of lean management, wrong shelf layout and operation process, lack of warehouse safety prevention and so on. Because of the existence of these problems, the storage operation cost of LXH has been rising year by year, and the profit is declining year by year. This article mainly uses the theory reference method, the literature analysis method, the internal investigation method, the quantity research method, the observation method and so on technical route carries on the investigation research. Through consulting a large number of network literature and book resources, with the company's internal investigation, data comparison and concrete experimental examples analysis, it is found that the main cause of the problem is the lack of mechanical automation work in the company of: LXH; The operation flow of goods in and out of warehouse is not clear; the level of information management is not high; the daily operation cost is high and there is waste phenomenon; most staff work efficiency is not high; the fire prevention and technical measures have loopholes and so on. Based on the current situation of company management and the rising cost of warehouse operation, combined with the future development needs of LXH Company, the author puts forward a series of targeted suggestions: the company should set up the concept of lean management to achieve cost reduction. Use WMS system to improve management efficiency, add detailed management system to improve warehouse management and daily operation. The corresponding countermeasures and specific measures are as follows: adjusting the layout of each cargo area; unifying coding and setting labels; integrating information management system; improving the efficiency of cargo area operation; classifying and utilizing wastes; strengthening staff training; outsourcing some distribution goods; Additional fire protection and technical prevention equipment; guarantee fund support, etc. The purpose of this paper is to provide useful reference and guidance for LXH Company, and hope that the senior management of the company will pay attention to it and actively improve the warehouse management in the future. In addition, some representative problems studied in this paper, as well as relevant data analysis, suggestions can provide reference for other enterprises, institutions or scholars.
