桃花峪黃河大橋土建八標(biāo)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度成本管理研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)度、成本、質(zhì)量管理是項(xiàng)目管理中的三大管理,而進(jìn)度與成本更是一個(gè)矛盾的組合體,它們之間關(guān)系對(duì)立而統(tǒng)一,在二者之間尋找一個(gè)最佳平衡點(diǎn),是創(chuàng)造項(xiàng)目效益的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵。在工程建設(shè)過程中,合理確定施工工期,做好工期成本優(yōu)化,對(duì)工程成本的控制和企業(yè)能否實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目的管理效益會(huì)產(chǎn)生很大的影響。 本文主要探討如何通過加強(qiáng)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度與成本管理及控制來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)財(cái)富最大化。論文對(duì)桃花峪黃河大橋土建八標(biāo)工程項(xiàng)目各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)做了WBS結(jié)構(gòu)分解,制定了詳細(xì)的活動(dòng)時(shí)間參數(shù)表,并運(yùn)用Microsoft Office Visio2007繪制了網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃圖,在此基礎(chǔ)上初步編制了桃花峪黃河大橋土建八標(biāo)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃表,并繪制進(jìn)度計(jì)劃?rùn)M道圖表明了項(xiàng)目的整體流程及進(jìn)度。其次,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的各項(xiàng)成本作了估算,通過表格形式把每項(xiàng)成本計(jì)算出來(lái)。并擬了項(xiàng)目部總體成本計(jì)劃表,繪制了成本控制流程圖,闡明了成本控制的方法。再次,在前述工作的基礎(chǔ)上,本文通過CPM法構(gòu)建了時(shí)間—成本平衡線性規(guī)劃模型,引入了極限成本,對(duì)本項(xiàng)目的工期成本進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,加快了工程的進(jìn)度,減少了工期天數(shù)。最后針對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際施工情況及施工環(huán)境制定了一系列關(guān)于如何激勵(lì)項(xiàng)目人員、做好項(xiàng)目組織和管理團(tuán)隊(duì)等措施來(lái)保障進(jìn)度-成本的優(yōu)化結(jié)果。 論文的研究成果,對(duì)合理縮短工程工期,降低企業(yè)成本,積蓄施工企業(yè)財(cái)富,增加核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The progress , cost and quality management are three main management in project management , and the progress and cost is a contradictory combination . The relationship between them is opposite and unified , and it is a key to create the project benefit . In the process of engineering construction , it is necessary to determine the construction period reasonably , to optimize the construction period cost , to control the engineering cost and to realize the management benefit of the project .
This paper mainly discusses how to maximize the wealth of the enterprise by strengthening the project schedule and cost management and control . In this paper , the WBS structure decomposition of the civil eight - standard project of the Yellow River Bridge in Taohuayu is carried out , the detailed activity time parameter table is drawn up , and the cost control flow chart is drawn up by using Microsoft Office Visio2007 .
The research results of this paper have reference value to reasonably shortening the construction period , reducing the cost of the enterprise , accumulating the wealth of the construction enterprise and increasing the core competitiveness .
