第二采油廠庫存管理研究

【摘要】:石油是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的血液,是關(guān)系國(guó)家安全的戰(zhàn)略物資。中國(guó)的陸上油田大多數(shù)經(jīng)過幾十年的探索和發(fā)展,已進(jìn)入開發(fā)的后期階段,面臨的資源約束,發(fā)展也變得越來越困難,采油廠作為油公司上游企業(yè)的責(zé)任主體,負(fù)責(zé)石油天然氣的生產(chǎn)任務(wù)和成本管理,提高本單位效益的重要職責(zé)。本文是基于對(duì)整個(gè)采油廠的庫存管理研究,采取適應(yīng)發(fā)展要求的經(jīng)營(yíng)策略,建立有效的采油廠的供應(yīng)鏈庫存管理模式,運(yùn)行采油廠不同層次的從上到下效率的評(píng)價(jià)體系,建立有效的預(yù)測(cè)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和監(jiān)管,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提高采油廠經(jīng)濟(jì)效率的管理決策水平。 本文以對(duì)采油二廠庫存管理研究為切入點(diǎn),以現(xiàn)代庫存管理理論和實(shí)踐為指導(dǎo),以先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)為支撐,結(jié)合基于供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下庫存管理的理論,為采油廠的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評(píng)估和預(yù)測(cè)系統(tǒng)提供了有力的依據(jù)。庫存管理屬于油田企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略管理的一個(gè)分支,通過對(duì)物資管理和原油庫存進(jìn)行精細(xì)化管理,走內(nèi)涵式提高的發(fā)展模式,以提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,增強(qiáng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力為目標(biāo),協(xié)調(diào)石油天然氣的產(chǎn)量和生產(chǎn)成本投入兩者之間的變化關(guān)系,進(jìn)行采油廠經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)的計(jì)劃和控制。 本文綜合運(yùn)用歷史研究法、文獻(xiàn)評(píng)述法和實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)采油二廠庫存管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,通過采用CPFR供應(yīng)鏈庫存管理理念,對(duì)采油廠物資管理進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。同時(shí),針對(duì)采油廠原油庫存管理現(xiàn)狀,提出提高計(jì)量水平,建立單井?dāng)?shù)據(jù)庫。同時(shí),,對(duì)存儲(chǔ)在財(cái)務(wù)部門、物資管理部門、基層隊(duì)站等部門的大量數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,依次進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)提取、數(shù)據(jù)整理、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)和構(gòu)建等步驟,建立起來產(chǎn)量、庫存、物資訂購(gòu)的定量或者定性的關(guān)系,從而為對(duì)采油廠投入產(chǎn)出變化趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行有效調(diào)控和科學(xué)預(yù)測(cè),為采油廠正確評(píng)價(jià)現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)情況、明確長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展規(guī)劃、科學(xué)制定開發(fā)資源對(duì)策、為指導(dǎo)油氣生產(chǎn)與企業(yè)管理提供有效管理手段和決策支持。
[Abstract]:Petroleum is the blood of modern industry and a strategic material related to national security. After decades of exploration and development, most onshore oil fields in China have entered the late stage of development, facing resource constraints and becoming more and more difficult to develop. As the main responsibility of upstream enterprises of oil companies, oil production plants have become more and more difficult. Responsible for oil and gas production tasks and cost management, improve the efficiency of the important responsibilities of the unit. This paper is based on the research of inventory management of the whole oil production plant, adopts the management strategy adapted to the development requirements, establishes an effective inventory management model of the supply chain of the oil extraction plant, and runs the evaluation system of the different levels of efficiency from top to bottom of the oil extraction plant. To establish effective forecast business development trend and supervision, and on this basis to improve the economic efficiency of the production plant management decision-making level. In this paper, the research on inventory management of No. 2 oil production plant is taken as the breakthrough point, the modern inventory management theory and practice are taken as the guidance, the advanced computer technology is taken as the support, and the theory of inventory management based on the supply chain environment is combined. It provides an effective basis for the economic benefit evaluation and prediction system of oil production plant. Inventory management is a branch of the management strategy of oil field enterprises. Through the meticulous management of material management and crude oil inventory, the development mode of connotation improvement is adopted, with the aim of improving economic benefits and enhancing the ability of sustainable development. To coordinate the relationship between the output of oil and natural gas and the input of production cost, and to plan and control the operation target of oil and gas production plant. In this paper, using the method of historical research, literature review and practical work experience, the present situation of inventory management in No. 2 oil production plant is studied. By adopting the concept of CPFR supply chain inventory management, the optimization design of material management in oil production plant is carried out. At the same time, aiming at the present situation of crude oil inventory management in oil production plant, the paper puts forward to raise the metering level and establish single well database. At the same time, a large number of data stored in the finance department, material management department, grass-roots team station and other departments are mined, followed by data extraction, data collation, database design and construction, and the establishment of production, inventory, etc. The quantitative or qualitative relationship of material ordering, so as to effectively regulate and scientifically predict the trend of input-output change in oil production plants, correctly evaluate the existing production situation, define long-term development plans, and scientifically formulate countermeasures for the development of resources. To guide oil and gas production and enterprise management to provide effective management means and decision support.
