【摘要】：隨著油田石油儲量的遞減，稠油逐漸成為一種未來非常重要的能量補(bǔ)給資源。研究表明，除南極洲外各大洲均蘊(yùn)藏有十分可觀的稠油。全球已探明的稠油資源儲量超過3000×108t。我國有豐富的稠油資源，探明和控制儲量已達(dá)16×108t，是繼美國、加拿大和委內(nèi)瑞拉之后的世界第四大稠油生產(chǎn)國。如何在國內(nèi)外能源緊缺的情況下，提高稠油的動用程度，降低稠油的開發(fā)管理成本，，這對提高油田企業(yè)經(jīng)營效益，滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)增長對原油的需要具有重要意義。 稠油開發(fā)利用一直是油田企業(yè)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)，構(gòu)建一套與之相配套的油藏成本管理模式對稠油開發(fā)利用具有積極意義。文章綜合分析當(dāng)前油田企業(yè)稠油開發(fā)方式及其特點(diǎn)，依據(jù)現(xiàn)行的成本管理方法，抓住稠油開發(fā)不同生產(chǎn)周期的特點(diǎn)，對稠油油藏的開發(fā)預(yù)算編制、成本控制、成本核算、效益評價(jià)、績效考核等內(nèi)容作出了較為詳細(xì)有效的管理方案。稠油油藏成本管理模式的各塊內(nèi)容是內(nèi)在聯(lián)系、有機(jī)結(jié)合、融為一體的。 構(gòu)建稠油油藏成本管理模式對于推動油藏生產(chǎn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)高效發(fā)展，實(shí)現(xiàn)油田企業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展具有重要意義。文章建立了一套方法科學(xué)、條理清晰、可操作性強(qiáng)的框架體系，對我國油田企業(yè)稠油油藏成本管理具有一定的指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the decrease of oil reserves, heavy oil gradually becomes a very important energy recharge resource in the future. Studies have shown that every continent except Antarctica contains a considerable amount of heavy oil. The proven reserves of heavy oil resources in the world exceed 3000 脳 108 t. China is rich in heavy oil resources and its proven and controlled reserves have reached 16 脳 10 ~ 8t. It is the fourth largest heavy oil producer in the world after the United States, Canada and Venezuela. How to improve the production degree of heavy oil and reduce the development and management cost of heavy oil under the circumstance of energy shortage at home and abroad is of great significance to improve the operating efficiency of oil field enterprises and to meet the needs of continuous economic growth for crude oil. The development and utilization of heavy oil has always been the focus of the development of oil field enterprises. It is of positive significance to construct a set of matching reservoir cost management model for the development and utilization of heavy oil. This paper comprehensively analyzes the development mode and characteristics of heavy oil in present oil field enterprises, according to the current cost management method, according to the characteristics of different production cycles of heavy oil development, the development budget, cost control and cost accounting of heavy oil reservoir are worked out. Benefit evaluation, performance evaluation and other contents made a more detailed and effective management plan. Each block of heavy oil reservoir cost management model is intrinsically linked, organically combined and integrated. It is of great significance to construct a cost management model for heavy oil reservoirs to promote the economic and efficient development of reservoir production and to realize the sustainable and healthy development of oil field enterprises. This paper establishes a set of frame system with scientific method, clear structure and strong operability, which has certain guiding and referential significance for the cost management of heavy oil reservoir in our country's oil field enterprises.
