電子產(chǎn)品制造業(yè)新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入項(xiàng)目管理模式研究

【摘要】:改革開放的不斷深入推動(dòng)了中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,越來越多的國外企業(yè)來到中國進(jìn)行投資。它們不僅給中國帶來了先進(jìn)的產(chǎn)品和技術(shù),同時(shí)也帶來了科學(xué)的項(xiàng)目管理理論和方法。這些理論和方法被成功地運(yùn)用到新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入管理過程中。在國外先進(jìn)技術(shù)被大量利用的過程中,,新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入管理成為企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)快速搶占市場的利器。目前來說,項(xiàng)目管理在國內(nèi)IT和建筑行業(yè)中應(yīng)用水平比較高,但是在電子產(chǎn)品制造業(yè)的應(yīng)用水平相對(duì)較低,并且電子產(chǎn)品制造業(yè)對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理的應(yīng)用主要集中在新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)階段,而對(duì)新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)基本定型到正式量產(chǎn)的導(dǎo)入階段缺乏研究。 在本文的研究當(dāng)中,作者從實(shí)際出發(fā),以所服務(wù)的P電子公司為例進(jìn)行個(gè)案研究,提出了P電子公司在新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入過程中所存在的問題,并結(jié)合項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)理論知識(shí),給出了改善對(duì)策。文章一共分為五個(gè)章節(jié),第一章是對(duì)新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入研究背景和意義的陳述,同時(shí)概括了各章節(jié)的主要內(nèi)容及論文的整體結(jié)構(gòu)。第二章是對(duì)新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入相關(guān)項(xiàng)目管理理論知識(shí)和國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的介紹。第三章是以P電子公司為例,針對(duì)新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入現(xiàn)狀,提出當(dāng)前所存在的問題。第四章是本文的重點(diǎn),針對(duì)P電子公司新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入所存在的問題,提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,同時(shí)分析了新的管理模式將對(duì)新產(chǎn)品的成本管理、進(jìn)度管理及溝通管理發(fā)揮積極有效的作用。第五章是對(duì)本文所做研究的歸納總結(jié),并提出了進(jìn)一步研究的建議。 希望通過以上的論述與研究,能夠從理論到實(shí)踐,進(jìn)一步改善P電子公司新項(xiàng)目導(dǎo)入的項(xiàng)目管理,加快導(dǎo)入速度,降低成本和提高質(zhì)量管理。同時(shí),給其他企業(yè)特別是電子產(chǎn)品制造商的新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入改善提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, more and more foreign enterprises come to China to invest. They not only bring advanced products and technologies to China, but also bring scientific project management theories and methods. These theories and methods are successfully applied to the new product introduction management process. In the process of foreign advanced technology being used extensively, the new product introduction management becomes the sharp weapon that the enterprise realizes the fast preemption of the market. At present, the application level of project management in the domestic IT and construction industries is relatively high, but the application level in the electronics manufacturing industry is relatively low. The application of project management in electronic product manufacturing industry is mainly focused on the development stage of new product, but it is lack of research on the basic formalization of new product development to the introduction stage of formal mass production. In the research of this paper, the author starts from the reality, taking the P Electronics Company as an example, puts forward the problems existing in the process of introducing new products in P Electronics Company, and combines with the relevant theory knowledge of project management. The improvement measures are given. The paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is a description of the background and significance of the research on the introduction of new products. At the same time, it summarizes the main contents of each chapter and the overall structure of the paper. The second chapter is the introduction of the new product introduction related project management theory knowledge and domestic and foreign research status. The third chapter takes P Electronics Company as an example and puts forward the existing problems in view of the current situation of new product introduction. The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper, aiming at the problems existing in the introduction of new products in P Electronics Company, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward, and the cost management of the new products will be analyzed by the new management mode. Progress management and communication management play an active and effective role. The fifth chapter is a summary of the research done in this paper, and put forward suggestions for further study. It is hoped that through the above discussion and research, we can further improve the project management of the new project introduced by P Electronics Company from theory to practice, speed up the introduction speed, reduce the cost and improve the quality management. At the same time, to other enterprises, especially electronic product manufacturers to improve the introduction of new products to provide reference.
