基于IPD思想的四方公司研發(fā)與產品創(chuàng)新管理體系研究

【摘要】:上世紀90年代末以來,中國電力自動化市場取得了飛速發(fā)展,各科研院所自主開發(fā)電力自動化技術的設備取得成功,國內的電力自動化設備公司得到了快速的發(fā)展。產品品種逐步豐富、服務質量不斷提升、生產規(guī)模逐步擴張,電力自動化進入國產化時代。同時,市場方面要求企業(yè)的在產品的靈活性、上市時間、質量、成本、服務等方面都要大規(guī)模提升。企業(yè)傳統(tǒng)的產品開發(fā)模式、管理方式和技術手段已無法適應市場的變化。在這種背景下,世界各國電力自動化企業(yè)紛紛采用一系列先進的產品開發(fā)管理模式來提高自身的競爭力。 基于IPD(集成產品開發(fā))思想的研發(fā)創(chuàng)新管理是以市場需求為核心,將產品開發(fā)看成一項投資,通過CBB和跨部門的團隊準確、快速、低成本、高質量地推出產品,是世界一流企業(yè)普遍采用的一套系統(tǒng)工具方法和策略,是企業(yè)發(fā)展不可跨越的階段。 本文首先從行業(yè)背景下闡述了國內企業(yè)為了提升核心競爭力,在面對市場的激烈競爭時,實施集成產品開發(fā)(IPD)管理的必要性,接著從產品戰(zhàn)略管理、以產品為中心面向客戶的組織體系構建、市場體系構建、產品開發(fā)、產品項目管理、技術管理和平臺管理、營銷管理、成本管理、質量管理和績效管理十個方面綜述了IPD在企業(yè)實施的關鍵問題及具體操作。最后,以四方公司的實踐為案例,闡述了四方公司基于IPD思想構建研發(fā)創(chuàng)新管理流程。
[Abstract]:Since the end of 1990s, the electric power automation market in China has made rapid development, the research institutes have successfully developed the equipment of power automation technology independently, and the domestic electric power automation equipment companies have obtained the rapid development. Product variety is gradually rich, service quality is improving, production scale is expanding step by step, electric power automation has entered the era of localization. At the same time, the market demands a large scale improvement in product flexibility, time to market, quality, cost, service and so on. The traditional product development mode, management and technical means can not adapt to the changes of the market. Under this background, electric power automation enterprises all over the world adopt a series of advanced product development and management models to improve their competitiveness. IPD-based R & D innovation management is based on the market demand as the core, product development as an investment, through CBB and cross-departmental team accurate, rapid, low-cost, high-quality product, It is a set of system tool method and strategy which is widely adopted by the world-class enterprises, and it is a stage in which the development of enterprises can not be leapfrogged. In this paper, the necessity of implementing IPD (Integrated Product Development) management in the face of fierce market competition in order to enhance the core competitiveness of domestic enterprises is first expounded from the background of the industry, and then the strategic management of products is introduced. Product oriented organization system construction, market system construction, product development, product project management, technology management and platform management, marketing management, cost management, This paper summarizes the key problems and concrete operation of IPD in enterprises in ten aspects of quality management and performance management. Finally, taking the practice of Sifang Company as an example, the paper expounds the process of R & D innovation management based on the idea of IPD.
