【摘要】：建筑科技的高速發(fā)展,使建筑物對(duì)外形的要求越來越高,隨著我國(guó)國(guó)力的日益強(qiáng)盛,城市中高層及地標(biāo)性的建筑大量涌現(xiàn),以前采用的傳統(tǒng)磚墻、混凝土墻體的美觀程度顯然不能適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代都市發(fā)展的需求,而幕墻是一種新興的高層建筑與公共建筑的外圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu),具有外形美觀、密封性強(qiáng)、施工便利、維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),它有獨(dú)立的、完整的結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)。建筑物通過幕墻材料的包裝,成為現(xiàn)代城市的象征,同時(shí)也反映了時(shí)代精神和科技進(jìn)步。所以幕墻這種裝飾方式成為現(xiàn)代建筑的最佳方案。在全國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程加速發(fā)展的推動(dòng)下,高層建筑物大量涌現(xiàn),尤其是高端項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)也越來越復(fù)雜,大跨度、大空間、異型結(jié)構(gòu)的建筑不斷增加,為幕墻工程提供了巨大的市場(chǎng)需求,有力推動(dòng)了我國(guó)的幕墻產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)幕墻企業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)、施工水平越來越接近,導(dǎo)致行業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也愈演愈烈,所以如何控制幕墻的造價(jià)成本也變得尤為重要。幕墻企業(yè)只有通過加強(qiáng)成本管理才能在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中保持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,構(gòu)建成本控制體系在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中具有重要的意義。幕墻工程的管理主要包括從質(zhì)量管理、工期管理、安全管理、成本管理到合同管理、信息管理、組織協(xié)調(diào)等方面的管理,而這這些管理工作與成本控制有著緊密的聯(lián)系。本文將對(duì)ZS幕墻工程的全過程進(jìn)行成本控制,總結(jié)幕墻工程成本控制的具體措施和辦法,并在全公司進(jìn)行推廣,進(jìn)而提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of architectural science and technology, the requirements for the shape of buildings become more and more high. With the increasingly strong national strength of our country, a large number of high-rise and landmark buildings have emerged in cities, and the traditional brick walls used in the past have been adopted. The aesthetic degree of concrete wall obviously can not meet the needs of modern urban development, and curtain wall is a new kind of outer envelope structure of high-rise building and public building, which has the advantages of beautiful appearance, strong sealing, convenient construction, simple maintenance, etc. It has a separate, complete structural system. Through the packaging of curtain wall materials, buildings become a symbol of modern cities, but also reflect the spirit of the times and scientific and technological progress. So curtain wall is the best way to decorate modern architecture. Driven by the rapid development of urbanization in China, high-rise buildings have sprung up in large numbers, especially the design of high-end projects is becoming more and more complex, large span, large space, irregular structure buildings are increasing. It provides huge market demand for curtain wall engineering and promotes the rapid development of curtain wall industry in China. At present, the design and construction level of domestic curtain wall enterprises are more and more close, resulting in more and more competition between industries, so how to control the cost of curtain wall has become more and more important. Only by strengthening the cost management can the curtain wall enterprises maintain their competitiveness in the fierce market competition, and it is of great significance to construct the cost control system in the market competition. The management of curtain wall engineering mainly includes quality management, time limit management, safety management, cost management, contract management, information management, organization coordination and so on, which are closely related to cost control. This article will carry on the cost control to the whole process of the ZS curtain wall project, summarizes the concrete measure and the method of the curtain wall project cost control, and carries on the promotion in the whole company, then enhances the economic benefit, strengthens the enterprise's competition ability.
