【摘要】：正作為中國(guó)交建最大的海外單體項(xiàng)目,肯尼亞蒙內(nèi)標(biāo)軌鐵路是中國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)走出去的重要政治性工程。蒙內(nèi)鐵路一標(biāo)作為蒙內(nèi)鐵路的重點(diǎn)控制性標(biāo)段,具有線路長(zhǎng)、工程量大、工期緊、施工強(qiáng)度高、管理難度大的特點(diǎn)。如何在這些復(fù)雜條件下完成項(xiàng)目的工期、質(zhì)量、效益等目標(biāo),是本項(xiàng)目必須面對(duì)的挑戰(zhàn)。筆者結(jié)合蒙內(nèi)鐵路一標(biāo)的管理實(shí)踐,從HSE管理、質(zhì)量管理、進(jìn)度管理、成本管理、物資管理、設(shè)備管理、外籍雇員管理和風(fēng)
[Abstract]:As the largest overseas single project in China, Kenya Mongol railway is an important political project for China. As the key controlling section of the Mongolian-Nai railway, the first standard of the Mongolian-Nai railway has the characteristics of long line, large amount of engineering, tight construction period, high construction intensity and great difficulty in management. How to complete the target of project duration, quality and benefit under these complex conditions is the challenge that this project must face. Based on the management practice of the first target of Mongnai Railway, this paper introduces the management of HSE, quality management, schedule management, cost management, material management, equipment management, management of foreign employees and the management of foreign employees.
