【摘要】：中國加入WTO以后,建筑市場逐步開放,隨著建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)的國際化發(fā)展,建筑業(yè)市場競爭將愈演愈烈,面對如此嚴(yán)峻的市場挑戰(zhàn),中國建筑施工企業(yè)要想得以穩(wěn)定生存發(fā)展,就必須得增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競爭力,提升施工企業(yè)成本管理,加強(qiáng)企業(yè)成本管理的基礎(chǔ)——成本預(yù)測。因此如何提高成本預(yù)測是中國建筑施工企業(yè)亟待解決的核心問題。論文基于系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的角度,結(jié)合BIM技術(shù)以及相關(guān)理論構(gòu)建了企業(yè)成本預(yù)測系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)平臺,該平臺實(shí)現(xiàn)了工程項(xiàng)目全生命周期的集成化管理,從根本上解決工程項(xiàng)目不同階段以及不同參與組織間的信息斷層和信息流失的問題,為建筑施工企業(yè)成本預(yù)測系統(tǒng)提供了基礎(chǔ)。其次,對施工企業(yè)成本預(yù)測系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析,提出其構(gòu)建必要性,運(yùn)用信息論、系統(tǒng)論等相關(guān)理論方法進(jìn)行建筑施工企業(yè)成本預(yù)測系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建,使得建筑施工企業(yè)成本預(yù)測系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)價(jià)值最大化。然后,論文提出利用分形元檢索的方式來實(shí)現(xiàn)構(gòu)件的高效檢索,繼而提高建筑施工企業(yè)成本預(yù)測的高效性。最后,結(jié)合建筑施工企業(yè)實(shí)際案例,分析成本預(yù)測系統(tǒng)在施工企業(yè)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況,為中國建筑施工企業(yè)成本預(yù)測提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:After China's entry into WTO, the construction market is gradually opening up. With the international development of the construction industry, the competition in the construction industry will become increasingly fierce. In the face of such severe market challenges, Chinese construction enterprises want to survive and develop steadily. It is necessary to strengthen the core competence of the enterprise, enhance the cost management of the construction enterprise, and strengthen the basis of the cost management of the enterprise-cost forecast. Therefore, how to improve the cost prediction is the core problem to be solved urgently in Chinese construction enterprises. Based on the system science, combined with BIM technology and related theories, this paper constructs the basic platform of the enterprise cost forecasting system, which realizes the integrated management of the whole life cycle of the engineering project. The problems of information fault and information loss between different stages and participating organizations of engineering projects are solved fundamentally, which provides the basis for the cost prediction system of construction enterprises. Secondly, the cost forecasting system of construction enterprise is analyzed, and the necessity of construction is put forward, and the cost forecasting system of construction enterprise is constructed by using information theory and system theory. So that the cost prediction system of construction enterprises can maximize the value. Then, the paper puts forward the method of fractal element retrieval to realize the efficient retrieval of components, and then improves the efficiency of cost prediction of construction enterprises. Finally, combining with the actual cases of construction enterprises, the paper analyzes the actual application of cost forecasting system in construction enterprises, and provides reference for cost prediction of construction enterprises in China.
