【摘要】：上海市信息管線有限公司面向上海市公共通信基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施實(shí)施資源運(yùn)營管理,主要從事上海集約化信息管線的投資建設(shè)和經(jīng)營管理。考慮到城市建設(shè)導(dǎo)致通信設(shè)施布局等發(fā)生變化的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)受到影響的通信基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施特別是通信管線設(shè)施必須采取妥善、有計(jì)劃的二次規(guī)劃和設(shè)施變動(dòng),為此該信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)目標(biāo)是全面支持公司的每項(xiàng)信息管線搬遷項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃與管理功能。 論文從軟件設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)的角度論述該搬遷業(yè)務(wù)管理信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),分別從系統(tǒng)開發(fā)基礎(chǔ)、需求分析、軟件設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)層面進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的論述。論文首先就該系統(tǒng)開發(fā)相關(guān)的項(xiàng)目管理和企業(yè)信息技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了概要討論,然后針對(duì)該系統(tǒng)的主要開發(fā)目標(biāo)論述與分析了該系統(tǒng)的功能需求,例如搬遷基礎(chǔ)信息管理功能、搬遷項(xiàng)目全周期管理功能、搬遷費(fèi)用成本管理功能、搬遷作業(yè)任務(wù)和資源管理功能以及一些輔助性的管理功能。論文對(duì)該軟件的設(shè)計(jì)方面著重討論了整體功能結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)方案和內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)管理流程的設(shè)計(jì),并且在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步討論了有代表性的模塊程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)和測試。 該系統(tǒng)主要而向Windows／.NET運(yùn)行環(huán)境并基于數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)SQL Server2008實(shí)現(xiàn)主要的信息管理與業(yè)務(wù)管理功能。該系統(tǒng)的測試運(yùn)行表明該系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定可靠,較為全面地滿足了用戶要求和開發(fā)目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Shanghai Information Pipeline Co . , Ltd . is mainly engaged in the investment construction and operation management of Shanghai intensive information pipeline . Considering the actual situation of such changes as the layout of communication facilities caused by urban construction , it is necessary to adopt proper and planned quadratic programming and facilities change to the affected communication infrastructure , especially communication pipeline facilities , so that the development goal of the information system is to fully support the planning and management functions of each information pipeline relocation project of the Company .

This paper discusses the development of the relocation business management information system from the angle of software design and realization , and discusses the system development foundation , requirement analysis , software design and realization level , and then discusses and analyzes the functional requirements of the system , such as relocation basic information management function , relocation project full cycle management function , relocation cost cost management function , relocation operation task and resource management function , and some auxiliary management functions .

The system mainly provides Windows / . NET running environment and realizes the main information management and business management function based on database system SQL Server2008 . The test operation of the system shows that the system is stable and reliable , and the user ' s requirements and development goals are met comprehensively .
