【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)改革開放，特別是中國加入WTO后，中國每年高速度的GDP增長，使中國企業(yè)迎來了高速發(fā)展的時(shí)期。企業(yè)之間的競爭也越來越激烈，產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代的速度也越來越快，新產(chǎn)品日新月異。在這種環(huán)境中，企業(yè)若要提高利潤、擴(kuò)大規(guī)模、提高企業(yè)的應(yīng)變能力和管理能力，就必須在產(chǎn)品宣傳、客戶服務(wù)、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、性價(jià)比等方面擁有自己企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢。而企業(yè)要實(shí)現(xiàn)這些，就離不開對新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用，利用新的技術(shù)手段、新的管理理念為公司管理決策、數(shù)據(jù)分析提供強(qiáng)有力的保障。企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃(ERP，Enterprise Resource Planning)作為一種新的管理理念、管理工具和軟件系統(tǒng)，利用其本身的優(yōu)勢，可以為企業(yè)提供有力的管理分析支撐。 本論文中，首先闡述了ERP的概念、在國內(nèi)的發(fā)展及白酒行業(yè)應(yīng)用的特點(diǎn)。探討了與ERP相關(guān)的實(shí)施、物料編碼及深入應(yīng)用方面必要性和具體操作應(yīng)用，ERP是一個(gè)融合管理知識(shí)、行業(yè)知識(shí)、企業(yè)特點(diǎn)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)于一體的綜合復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)。本論方以山莊集團(tuán)為原型進(jìn)行了行業(yè)分析、企業(yè)應(yīng)用情況，引出企業(yè)目前面臨的管理問題。 ERP系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)龐大復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)，其中包括財(cái)務(wù)管理、固定資產(chǎn)管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理、生產(chǎn)管理、成本管理等多個(gè)管理子系統(tǒng)。本文以山莊集團(tuán)為例，，從企業(yè)的整體管理出發(fā)，對流程進(jìn)行逐個(gè)分析，找到問題的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)，解決包裝物成套報(bào)表問題。從實(shí)際情況出發(fā)，針對問題、科學(xué)分析，建立解決模型并通過計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和金蝶軟件的開發(fā)平臺(tái)，進(jìn)行規(guī)劃、開發(fā)并實(shí)施應(yīng)用。具體完成的內(nèi)容有：包裝物成套報(bào)表的功能分析、目標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)、功能實(shí)現(xiàn)的邏輯分析、用戶操作界面設(shè)計(jì)和操作說明。 在金蝶軟件目前使用的基礎(chǔ)上，利用金蝶BOS開發(fā)平臺(tái)、VB開發(fā)語言、數(shù)據(jù)庫知識(shí)進(jìn)行二次開發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)包裝物成套報(bào)表。對企業(yè)而言,根據(jù)實(shí)際問題進(jìn)行分析、解決、應(yīng)用，特別是在現(xiàn)有使用基礎(chǔ)上的深入應(yīng)用、二次開發(fā)具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With China's economic reform and opening up, especially after China's entry into WTO, China's annual high rate of GDP growth, Chinese enterprises have ushered in a period of rapid development.Competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce, the speed of product upgrading is also faster and faster, new products are changing with each passing day.In this environment, if an enterprise wants to improve its profit, expand its scale and improve its ability to adapt and manage, it must have its own advantages in the aspects of product propaganda, customer service, product quality, performance to price ratio and so on.In order to realize these problems, enterprises can not do without the application of new technology, the use of new technology means, new management concept for the company management decision, data analysis provides a strong guarantee.As a new management concept, management tools and software system, ERP Enterprise Resource Planning can provide strong management analysis support for enterprises by taking advantage of its own advantages.In this paper, firstly, the concept of ERP, the development in China and the characteristics of liquor industry application are expounded.This paper discusses the implementation of ERP, the necessity of material coding and its further application, and the practical application of ERP. It is a comprehensive and complex system which integrates management knowledge, industry knowledge, enterprise characteristics and computer technology.Based on the industry analysis of Shanzhuang Group, this paper introduces the management problems faced by enterprises.ERP system is a huge and complex system, including financial management, fixed asset management, supply chain management, production management, cost management and other management subsystems.Based on the whole management of the enterprise, this paper analyzes the process one by one, finds the key point of the problem, and solves the problem of the complete set of report forms.According to the actual situation, aiming at the problem, scientific analysis, establishing the solution model, and through the computer technology and Kingdee software development platform, planning, development and implementation of the application.The contents are as follows: function analysis, target design, database design, logic analysis of function realization, user interface design and operation instructions.On the basis of the current use of Kingdee software, a complete set of package report forms is realized by using Kingdee BOS development language and database knowledge.For enterprises, it is of great significance to analyze, solve and apply according to the practical problems, especially the deep application on the basis of existing use.
