【摘要】:近年來,,我國(guó)以房地產(chǎn)建筑行業(yè)為支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)大發(fā)展迅速,但發(fā)展過程中無法避免粗放式經(jīng)營(yíng),帶來了高投入、高消耗、高污染和低效率的后果,極大的阻礙了我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展和人民生活質(zhì)量提高?沙掷m(xù)建筑節(jié)能技術(shù)在我國(guó)還處在初步階段,初期投入大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高以及普遍意識(shí)淡薄都造成了可持續(xù)建筑節(jié)能技術(shù)發(fā)展較慢,使用技術(shù)成本過高。論文針對(duì)一些主要可持續(xù)節(jié)能技術(shù)進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)和綜合節(jié)能評(píng)價(jià),使企業(yè)和消費(fèi)者更直觀的認(rèn)識(shí)到可持續(xù)建筑節(jié)能技術(shù)所帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境和社會(huì)效應(yīng)。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和結(jié)論如下: (1)運(yùn)用全壽命周期成本管理理論,在其基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了可持續(xù)節(jié)能技術(shù)的經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)模型,分別計(jì)算可持續(xù)建筑的節(jié)能技術(shù)全壽命周期增額凈現(xiàn)值和動(dòng)態(tài)投資回收期,作為評(píng)價(jià)可持續(xù)建筑單項(xiàng)節(jié)能技術(shù)效應(yīng)的主要指標(biāo)。 (2)論文闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外一些常見的可持續(xù)建筑的節(jié)能技術(shù)及其節(jié)能特點(diǎn)以及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)其中外墻外保溫系統(tǒng)、太陽能供熱一體化技術(shù)和雨水收集系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行具體經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)分析評(píng)價(jià),得出節(jié)能技術(shù)所帶來經(jīng)濟(jì)效益較為客觀。 (3)運(yùn)用層次分析法和模糊數(shù)學(xué)綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,構(gòu)建可持續(xù)建筑多項(xiàng)節(jié)能技術(shù)綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)的評(píng)價(jià)體系,并以具體可持續(xù)建筑實(shí)例來進(jìn)行多項(xiàng)節(jié)能技術(shù)綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)的評(píng)價(jià),將節(jié)能技術(shù)所帶來的環(huán)境和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益融入評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系之中,運(yùn)用層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)確定最終評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí),得出評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,并為可持續(xù)建筑節(jié)能技術(shù)方案選擇和效應(yīng)評(píng)價(jià)提供參考。 (4)論文就國(guó)內(nèi)的節(jié)能技術(shù)推廣應(yīng)用阻礙進(jìn)行了分析,從政府、企業(yè)和消費(fèi)者的層面提出一些舉措來促進(jìn)可持續(xù)建筑節(jié)能在國(guó)內(nèi)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's real estate construction industry as the pillar industry of social and economic development, but in the process of development can not avoid extensive management, which has brought high input, high consumption, high pollution and low efficiency.It greatly hinders the sustainable development of social economy and the improvement of people's quality of life.The sustainable building energy saving technology is still in the initial stage in our country. The high investment risk and the low general consciousness in the initial stage have resulted in the slow development of the sustainable building energy saving technology and the high cost of using the technology.In this paper, some main sustainable energy saving technologies are evaluated economically and synthetically, which makes enterprises and consumers realize the economic, environmental and social effects of sustainable building energy saving technology more intuitively.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:1) based on the theory of life-cycle cost management, the economic evaluation index model of sustainable energy saving technology is constructed, and the net present value of the whole life cycle of energy saving technology and the dynamic investment payback period of sustainable building are calculated, respectively.As the main index to evaluate the single energy saving technology effect of sustainable building.In this paper, the energy saving technology, its characteristics and development status of some common sustainable buildings at home and abroad are described, and the external insulation system of the exterior wall is also discussed.The integration technology of solar energy heating and Rain Water collection system are analyzed and evaluated on specific economic indexes, and it is concluded that the economic benefits brought by energy saving technology are more objective.3) using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics, the evaluation system of comprehensive economic effect of energy saving technology in sustainable building is constructed, and the comprehensive economic effect of energy saving technology is evaluated with concrete sustainable building examples.The environmental and social economic benefits brought by energy-saving technology are integrated into the evaluation index system, and the final evaluation grade is determined by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and the evaluation results are obtained.It also provides a reference for the selection of sustainable building energy saving technology and the evaluation of its effects.In this paper, the author analyzes the obstacles to the popularization and application of energy-saving technologies in China, and puts forward some measures to promote the development of sustainable building energy conservation in China from the level of government, enterprises and consumers.
