【摘要】：文章針對(duì)F物資公司物資采購(gòu)管理進(jìn)行研究,以期為F物資公司的健康快速發(fā)展提供對(duì)策,為目前蕭條環(huán)境下的煤炭企業(yè)采購(gòu)管理提供參考和依據(jù)。文章在介紹采購(gòu)管理理論、成本管理理論、煤炭企業(yè)成本管理理論與煤炭物資管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用觀察訪談、推理歸納等方法,對(duì)公司采購(gòu)管理的采購(gòu)模式、采購(gòu)組織、采購(gòu)計(jì)劃管理和流程管理進(jìn)行診斷分析,提出采購(gòu)成本高、采購(gòu)效率低、采購(gòu)模式不合理以及供應(yīng)商管理不規(guī)范是公司目前采購(gòu)管理存在的主要問題。針對(duì)存在的問題,從優(yōu)化采購(gòu)模式、控制總成本,實(shí)施物資分類、降低供應(yīng)成本,設(shè)計(jì)分類采購(gòu)策略、控制差異成本以及優(yōu)化采購(gòu)管理活動(dòng)、降低管理成本四個(gè)方面詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)了采購(gòu)管理方案。最后從組織保障、加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)、推進(jìn)信息化建設(shè)三方面提出了F物資公司物資管理方案實(shí)施的保障措施和建議。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the material purchasing management of F material company in order to provide the countermeasures for the healthy and rapid development of F material company and to provide reference and basis for the purchasing management of coal enterprises in the present depressed environment.Based on the introduction of purchasing management theory, cost management theory, coal enterprise cost management theory and coal material management theory, this paper makes use of the methods of observation and interview, reasoning and induction, etc.Purchasing planning management and process management are diagnosed and analyzed. It is pointed out that high procurement cost, low procurement efficiency, unreasonable procurement mode and irregular supplier management are the main problems existing in the current procurement management of the company.In view of the existing problems, we should optimize the purchasing mode, control the total cost, implement the material classification, reduce the supply cost, design the classified purchasing strategy, control the differential cost and optimize the purchasing management activities.Four aspects of reducing the cost of management detailed design of procurement management plan.Finally, the paper puts forward the safeguard measures and suggestions on the implementation of material management scheme of F material company from three aspects: organizing guarantee, strengthening enterprise culture construction and promoting information construction.
