【摘要】：目前，信息化的程度伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程的加快也變得越來(lái)越高，當(dāng)然在企業(yè)之間存在的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也越來(lái)越激烈每個(gè)企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營(yíng)者都盡力的提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量降低產(chǎn)品的價(jià)格為消費(fèi)者提供服務(wù)和產(chǎn)品根據(jù)邁克爾波特的企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理論，在制造業(yè)領(lǐng)域常常采用的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略是成本領(lǐng)先隨著信息技術(shù)快速的發(fā)展，我們對(duì)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)管理模式的要求也越來(lái)越高管理模式也越來(lái)越精細(xì)化在這種比較新型的制造業(yè)的環(huán)境之下，傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)成本管理的模式與現(xiàn)在企業(yè)的需求已經(jīng)不相適應(yīng)了 本文對(duì)基于ERP環(huán)境下鋼鐵企業(yè)采購(gòu)成本管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析與設(shè)計(jì)主要研究工作如下闡述了課題的研究背景及意義，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀作了介紹介紹了鋼鐵企業(yè)采購(gòu)管理的相關(guān)技術(shù)對(duì)鋼鐵企業(yè)ERP環(huán)境下采購(gòu)計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析對(duì)鋼鐵企業(yè)采購(gòu)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)，其中主要功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)主要包括系統(tǒng)管理模塊設(shè)計(jì)采購(gòu)模塊設(shè)計(jì)到貨管理模塊的設(shè)計(jì)庫(kù)存管理模塊的設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量管理模塊的設(shè)計(jì)和財(cái)務(wù)管理模塊的設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)該部分介紹了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的配置系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)及數(shù)據(jù)安全系統(tǒng)和數(shù)據(jù)的備份及恢復(fù)和軟件測(cè)試 通過(guò)對(duì)其他的企業(yè)在采購(gòu)成本管理建設(shè)方面成功案例的研究，結(jié)合M鋼鐵公司的采購(gòu)成本管理的特點(diǎn)，，就鋼鐵公司在采購(gòu)成本管理過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，借助于ERP系統(tǒng)，建立了基于ERP環(huán)境下的采購(gòu)計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)該系統(tǒng)使得M鋼鐵公司整體的采購(gòu)計(jì)劃管理水平得到了提升，并且使得鋼鐵公司采購(gòu)計(jì)劃管理的集成化科學(xué)化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化以及信息化得以實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:At present, with the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, the degree of informatization has become increasingly high.Of course, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more intense. Every enterprise's product operator is trying to improve the quality of the product, reduce the price of the product, provide services to consumers and products according to Michael Porter's theory of enterprise competition.The competitive strategy often used in manufacturing is cost leadership with the rapid development of information technology,We have higher and higher requirements for the production management mode of the enterprise. Under this relatively new manufacturing environment, the traditional enterprise cost management model is no longer suitable for the needs of the enterprise.This paper analyzes and designs the purchasing cost management system of iron and steel enterprises based on ERP. The main research work is as follows: the research background and significance of the subject are described.This paper introduces the current situation of the research at home and abroad, introduces the related technologies of the procurement management of iron and steel enterprises, analyzes the purchasing plan management system under the ERP environment of iron and steel enterprises, and designs the procurement management system of the iron and steel enterprises.The design of the main function module mainly includes the design of the system management module, the design of the purchasing module, the design of the inventory management module, the design of the quality management module and the design of the financial management module.This part introduces the implementation of system database configuration system, data security system, data backup and recovery and software test.Based on the study of other enterprises' successful cases of purchasing cost management and the characteristics of M steel company's purchasing cost management, the problems in the process of purchasing cost management of steel company are analyzed by means of ERP system.A purchasing plan management system based on ERP is established. This system improves M Steel Company's overall purchasing plan management level.And make the steel company purchase plan management integrated scientific standardization and information can be realized
