【摘要】:塔運司是集運輸、修理、采油技術(shù)服務(wù)、油田生產(chǎn)技術(shù)服務(wù)、物流貿(mào)易、基地后勤服務(wù)為一體的綜合性運輸服務(wù)企業(yè)。目前企業(yè)設(shè)備管理人員數(shù)量少,管理方法和手段還相對落后,如何能在有限的人力、財力、物力資源下,對設(shè)備進行高效、高質(zhì)、低成本的管理,保證各種日常生產(chǎn)活動正常、持續(xù)性經(jīng)營是本單位目前迫切需要解決的問題,也是本單位現(xiàn)有設(shè)備管理人員所面臨的難題。運輸是塔運司的主營業(yè)務(wù),車輛維修是其中一個必不可少的環(huán)節(jié),每一年公司要花費大量的人力、物力以及財力資源。在這個環(huán)節(jié)內(nèi),如果能縮短維修時間、降低維修成本、提高維修質(zhì)量,對于提高塔運司的運輸能力、減少塔運司的維修成本支出以及延長設(shè)備的使用壽命具有現(xiàn)實指導(dǎo)意義。 本文基于項目化管理的理念,以塔運司重型輪式起重設(shè)備大修項目為例,,深入研究探討了設(shè)備維修管理相關(guān)問題。本文參照塔運司維修管理項目的具體情況,通過對現(xiàn)存影響項目管理控制、進度控制和成本控制的因素進行了分析,提出了維修模式的選擇、進度管理優(yōu)化、成本優(yōu)化,通過項目管理的模式,在設(shè)備大修進度管理中采用關(guān)鍵路線法,網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)等先進方法,大大提高了工作效率。在維修成本方面,使用ABC分析法,優(yōu)化庫存資金的使用,大大的降低了維修成本。在此基礎(chǔ)上建立了項目成效的評價體系,最后對設(shè)備維修管理綜合系統(tǒng)進行了部分設(shè)計,以對塔運司設(shè)備大修項目進行有益的探索。
[Abstract]:TWT is a comprehensive transportation service enterprise which integrates transportation, repair, oil production technical service, oil field production technical service, logistics trade and base logistics service.At present, the number of equipment managers in enterprises is small, and the management methods and means are relatively backward. How to manage the equipment efficiently, high-quality and low-cost under the limited human, financial and material resources, so as to ensure the normal daily production activities,Continuous operation is an urgent problem to be solved, and it is also a difficult problem for the existing equipment managers.Transportation is the main business of TWT, vehicle maintenance is one of the essential links, every year the company has to spend a lot of human, material and financial resources.In this link, if the maintenance time can be shortened, the maintenance cost can be reduced, and the maintenance quality can be improved, it will be of practical significance to improve the transportation capacity of the Tactical Transportation Department, to reduce the maintenance cost expenditure of the TWT Department and to prolong the service life of the equipment.Based on the concept of project management and taking the heavy wheel lifting equipment overhaul project of TWT Department as an example, this paper deeply studies and discusses the related problems of equipment maintenance management.According to the specific situation of maintenance management project in TWT, this paper analyzes the factors that affect project management control, schedule control and cost control, and puts forward the selection of maintenance mode, schedule management optimization, cost optimization, etc.Through the mode of project management, the key route method, network technology and other advanced methods are adopted in the management of equipment overhaul schedule, which greatly improves the working efficiency.In the maintenance cost, the use of ABC analysis, optimize the use of inventory funds, greatly reduce the maintenance costs.On this basis, the evaluation system of project effectiveness is established, and finally, the comprehensive system of equipment maintenance and management is partially designed, in order to make a beneficial exploration of the equipment overhaul project of TWT.
